This review is specifically for Dr.Shalini Sethi. Me and my wife both have been using the services of "Smile forever dentistry" for over an year. We really liked Dr.Moses and the staff was also decent. Wait times were always between 10-15 minutes at the max. For one time, I was referred to Dr.Shalini Sethi and the appointment time was 2 PM. Arrived before 2 PM and was called in around 2:15 PM. And since then, I waited there patiently for next half hour (till 2:45 pm) while Dr.Shalini Sethi was treating another patient in my next isle. And finally, at 2:45 PM, I just walked out of the room because she was still discussing about the treatment plans with the other patient. One thing I wanted to ask Dr.Shalini Sethi & "Smile Forever dentistry" is, when the dentistry can charge the patient for being late for more than 10 minutes of his/her appointment time, DONT YOU THINK YOU NEED TO PAYBACK WHEN YOU DELAY FOR MORE THAN 45 MINUTES ? And dont you have the minimum decency to call upfront and inform the patient If there is such a delay in appointment time ? And do remember that time is EQUALLY valuable and important to all of us just like you...And you are no special....

Take my one star rating and minus one star. Word of caution. Do not choose this business to be your dentist. My child has been serviced by them for her braces for the past 2 years. Worst experience ever and when I thought things could not get any worse they always surprise me with a new way to be inept. The staff is unconcerned and unresponsive. The record keeping is sloppy and inaccurate. But Im trapped in this bad relationship until I pay them for their consistently bad service and bad treatment. And trust me. They know full well how I feel and could care less!! I actually didnt choose them as my dentist so thats why Im warning anyone reading this. If u have to make a choice DO NOT CHOOSE SMILE FOREVER DENSITY. The only thing you will do forever is regret it. ever.

i absolutely LOVE Dr. Moss and her staff. i had went to her after finally getting insurance and not ever being to the dentist i was scared! her and her crew made me feel SO at home, for the first appointment to the 2 following appointments to get my cavities filled, there was nothing but smiles, even though i was ridiculously nervous! recently my filling came out and she put me in that day and re-did it for free!!! i love coming there, and i love all of the people there just as much! me, and my sister love going there together (: 100%v would recommend

DO NOT USE THEM! They say that their services are covered by your insurance, but then they send a bill a month later saying that you owe more money. Once paid, they send another bill after another month saying you owe more even though they they state that your account is paid in full. Apparently you owe monthly bills after insurance pays for it all! And they dont even provide all services in the same appointment. They put in two fillings, then stop and tell you they need to do one more during another appointment. Total ripoff.

I am soooo tired of this dentist....OMG! I almost let them pulled out my perfectly good front teeth. and that Office Manager....forget it.....I can feel the tension between the front desk staff from the moment I walk in there........There is a African American Women with braces who is nasty and defensive. She rolls her eyes and seem inpatient when serving patients. Maybe a weekly etiquette class on Customer Service could serve the staff so justice. I do not know......I do know that I will be looking for a new dentist.

I had horrible teeth. I really hated them to the point it affected my social life. I felt I could not get a date due to my front teeth .Dr. Moss and her team at Smile Forever Dentistry made me 6 crowns on my front teeth, and now I cant stop smiling! Thank you so much for literally turning my life around. I was so nervous, but Jocci took the time to calm me down and make me feel very comfortable. I cant wait until we crown my lower teeth! Thank you Smile Forever Dentistry!!!!!!!!!

Going to the dentist can be a real challenge for me. I was Reffered to Smille Forever Dentistry by a colleague. I am so greaftul to have found this wonderful office. The staff is so welcoming and accommodating, each visit is s pleasure. I am so impressed by the technology this office uses. Dr. Moss goes out of her way to make sure I understand what is being done each visit, which helps me feel comfortable. For the first time, I look forward to my dental visits!

I read the other comments and my opinion is that all Businesses can have some sort of issues at some point. Smile Forever Dentistry does and excellent job in their profession. Read your fine print on what you sign and ask question on things that you dont understand and dont worry about taking up to much time. You wont be disappointed. Also know what your dental insurance covers before your appointment. They get 5 Golden Stars...

The staff at Smile Forever Dentistry always go the extra mile for me, and I am so grateful.I broke my front tooth right before memorial day weekend. They fit me in right away, and I was able to smile at my families annual memorial day family gathering. They understood it was an emergency, and made sure to accommodate me.The staff is always so professional and patient.

TERRIBLE ‼️ This dentist is thee most disrespectful, rude, mapuilative, MONEY HUNGRY place ever. They will find any reason to charge you money and dont do the service. I was told by staff that "Dr. Moss needs her money the way you do." When I called with concern about a 100 dollar fee I recieve but never recieved the service. This place disgust me

I hate going to the dentist, but this visit was good under the circumstances. I had to get a root canal they explained everything clearly to me. I was completely nervous but the dentist and the assistant were extremely caring and nice. The dentist chairs are massage chairs. Going forward this will be my regular dentist office. Great job!!

Dr. Moss does ok work but the office staff is completely incompetent. They never calculate the insurance or out of pocket costs correctly. Avoid headaches, stay away and BEWARE!!
