I have to say that the staff is extremely friendly , but this was not a great experience for me and I am not happy with the final product. I originally had dentures and went here to replace them because they were 34 yrs old and broke. My first appt was early am , I was fitted for the denture and was told they would call me back by 10am, for the initial try in. I was not called back again till after 2, the bite was way off and I was told it was to late in the day for them to adjust them, after I sat there for 6 hours.Plus I did not like the teeth size, I was not initially able to pick out the size of my teeth, but was told the size they suggest I get. So I was able to pick out teeth that they instructed were the same size as what I had ,after I did not like their choice, I was told I would have to come back , I ordered the Premium set. So I went back and they did the try in at 7:30 am, the fit was still off, because of shrinkage from my gums, so the bite had to be adjusted again. Instead of adjusting both sides of the dentures, the right side was only adjusted and cuts deeply in. So if I smile , the smile is off, and a large shadow / hole is to the right in my mouth. I was not happy and said so, and they said it looked fine and if I was not happy I needed to see a specialist, It was a hurried procedure through out , Like I said I ordered the premium set and the front teeth are discolored straight across the middle , like as if there is no enamel on them. If I had not had already taken two full days off from work , and had not needed teeth I would have left. Like I said the staff is very friendly , but their customers need to be given great individual care and their concerns addressed fairly without a take it or leave it attitude. There were too many people to service in one day. So I dont smile

So thankful to everyone at affordable dentures for making my first step in the denture process a great experience. From the moment I was greeted until I left everyone I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable & understanding. I had stressed myself out thinking about this first visit to affordable dentures all for naught! I cant thank the staff enough, especially my dental assistant James, who treated me as if we were old friends! He explained the complete process so well, from extractions to having impressions made to the denture selection, healing process and beyond. I had done research online but James gave me a wealth of information and was so very supportive, which eased much of my anxiety from sitting in that dental chair-and for that i am extremely grateful! I am truly looking forward to working with the staff of affordable dentures as I continue on my dental/denture journey.

I am very grateful to have chosen Affordable Dentures the people are wonderful they make you feel welcome they know its a big deal they know its emotional mental and physical and theyre compassionate to all of the above they try to make you feel good about everything thats going on in the process that it takes to get dentures and to adjust to having them cuz you have to learn how to talk all over again you have to learn how to eat all over again its a challenge but these guys are professionals theyre good I think the world of them I dont think I could have made a better choice Im so happy to have toes in them

Where do I start, upon entering the office for the first time, I was greeted by a lady at the front desk, I want to call her Kelly, she was polite, cordial, and made me feel at ease. The young lady who took my impressions, X-rays and prepared me for the doctor was the best she took all of my anxieties away. Now here come the Doctor a very very nice and professional person who knew how to remove a old rotten tooth ( I felt no pain). In closing Ill say the price was right as well. I can smile again thank you Dr. McGee and staff at Affordable Dentures & Implants.

Five stars are not nearly enough to describe the excellent service provided by the staff of Affordable Dentures, Jessup, MD. From the warm reception when first calling to schedule an appointment, to the interaction with the dental and lab technicians, I knew I made the right choice of treatment locations. Dr. Sherri McGee gracefully exhibits professionalism, knowledge and expertise as she gently treats extremely difficult surgeries. The stellar care received far surpasses past dental procedures; I HIGHLY recommend this practice, you will not be disappointed!

Dr. McGee is one of the most attentive dentists Ive had the pleasure to work with. With an eye for comfort and an unparalleled bed-side manner, she managed to get my wife (a woman with C-PTSD) fitted better than the previous plate and even went over and adjusted the top plate (purchased from a different dentist) for a better fit. I will most likely never go to another dentist outside of her. SECONDARY VISIT: Walk in to get adjustments. They were fast, concise, and friendly. As far as dentists go, this place is beyond reproach

HORRIBLE!!! Worst mistake of my life!! They say prices start at $325 a single denture from the ECONOMY package cost almost $2000. Still bleeding so I called the place back. The Dr McGee the owner who never met me says condescendingly "baby Ima call you every 3hrs throughout the day". NO CALLS and they wouldnt answer mine when I called back just before closing on a Friday.Btw, they claim they dont do work on Fridays so people wont be stuck over the weekend but they ignore your calls.

I brought my mom here last year for extractions and a full bottom denture. She was reluctant because she did not want to give up "her real" teeth. Then she met Dr. McGee and her concerns were alleviated! Dr. McGee and her staff are AMAZING! They are personable and caring, so the process was painless. The price was great as well, so I feel blessed to have found this practice. My mom is able to eat anything she wants and her teeth look great. She never says "I cant eat that" now!!!

Exceptional in every way! I spent years trying to fix my teeth with conventional dentists and had nothing to show for it but about $15,000 in bills and poor results. I went to the Affordable Dentures in Jessup and was blown away by the professionalism and skill of the staff as well having a movie star smile in the same day. They have a new young dentist there that is truly gifted! I recommend them to all of my family and friends.
