I have been nearsighted since I was in junior high, so to say that I have a lot of experience with optical exams is an understatement. Q Optical really exceeded my expecations, and provided plenty of perspective on how much more an eyeglass shop can provide than what Ive been used to. This is a personalized operation, where Michelle takes into consideration your preferences when offering frame recommendations and has the high-end inventory to make those recommendations perfectly tailored to your tastes. I love my glasses, & the low-pressure atmosphere was a really nice break from walking into a lot of retail stores.

I recently had an eye appointment at Q Optical on Newbury Street in Boston. I was very happy to go to a local place since I live in the Back Bay. The staff and doctor were very friendly and their selection of fashion eyewear was better than any place I have ever been to.

In a lifetime of wearing glasses I have never found a place even remotely as wonderful as this place. I have the most wonderful glasses now. The staff cannot be praised highly enough. Go to this place. Spend the money. Its worth it.
