Best experience I have ever had at an eye doctor. The staff was friendly and explained every step of the process to me. They were running a little behind but a gentleman at the front desk let me know on check in and I didnt mind the wait. The technician that brought me into the first room was very friendly and explained what tests they were going to do. I had my eyes dilated which sometimes can be an unpleasant experience but knowing it made it easier for the Dr to check the health of my eyes, I opted to have it done. While I waited for my eyes to dilate I shopped for frames in Lenscrafters and had a nice gentleman help me chose some potential frames. I got called back to the Drs office and Dr. Herron came into the room and was very thorough and explained to me what he had found. I checked out at the desk and they explained that I had a minimal copay of just $20!! I highly recommend this office and especially Dr Herron. Dont believe the bad reviews see for yourself! Best eye doctor Ive had the pleasure of visiting my entire life!!

Unfriendly support staff, they bark orders or give polite commands like "okay, you can sit there, okay you can stand up and come with me," and they play super annoying tv shows (unless youre into watching Rachel Ray take jello shots) but they ban cell phones in the waiting room. Pretty good experience with Dr. Arsenault though... He was personable and he nailed my prescription, which is what I came in for.

Friendly staff. I was greeted immediately and it was busy. I was seen on time, no wait. My pre-examiner was friendly, efficient & thorough. My eye exam with Dr. Arsenault was great. Hes professional & personable. He asks questions and really listens to my needs. I am always pleased with my prescriptions & comfort of my contact lenses.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The prescription they gave me was completely wrong. I understand that everyone makes mistakes but when they do not even acknowledge their mistake and try to dismiss me, then that is uncalled for. Worse customer experience ever!
