I love Eyes Over Copley. Upon entering the store/office I was greeted warmly by the staff. My wait was minimal and my appointment started at the scheduled time. During my scheduled appointment Dr. Fox explained each step of the exam and the purpose of each piece of equipment used during the exam. All of my questions were patiently answered to my satisfaction. Dr. Fox has always taken her time during my exams and I have never felt rushed while there. Dr. Fox explained the different types of contacts available for me and made recommendations based on how often and when I would wear them. Since I have an astigmatism and use progressive lenses in my eye glasses this was especially important to me. I was provided with a sample pair of contacts to try and actually had to try two different ones before I was satisfied. Ordering was quick and the prices very affordable. When I needed to get a new pair of glasses the staff helped me pick out frames and were honest when I asked their opinion on how a frame looked on my face. It was a bit less than two weeks before I had my new glasses and I have an involved prescription. I highly recommend Eyes Over Copley. The staff is outstanding, there is a large assortment of frames and sunglasses to choose from and I especially love the evening hours.

Great experience and really enjoyed the optometrist and staff. She set me up with a better script, slight astigmatism in both eyes but still have nearly 20/20 vision, so I could wear my glasses at my computer as well as driving at night and watching movies (my previous script was designated for nearsightedness so wasnt comfortable to wear when I felt my eyes straining at my desk) Wide selection choice of frames from mid to high end brands. Did go with their optomapping instead of the dilated pupil method (no pressure from them but decided it was worth it to me to pay a little extra to avoid the discomfort of all that). All their frames were gorgeous and after attempting to find a similar pair at a more inexpensive place and being ignored I know I will be returning to them for my purchase. Bonus: love the online booking and they were great about responding to my emails about my change in health insurance.

My husband and I look forward to coming here for eye exams. Dr. LeTourneau is a great person as well as a consummate, patient professional, so we enjoy chatting with her during visits. During annual exams, she carefully reviews my general health, examines my eyes, tests my vision, checks my prescription, and makes sure my glasses and contacts are in good shape. Ive loathed getting dilating drops since I was six, but she has this cool machine that makes drops unnecessary. She has also helped me pick out frames. Im particular but she has a good eye and we always find a winner in the shop. I dont trust anyone else to provide my lenses; I have a complex prescription and shes a perfectionist at making sure Im happy with my vision. I cant recommend Eyes Over Copley too highly.

Scheduling the eye exam appointment online was very easy. The receptionist was very quick to respond the next business day to confirm the day and time I selected. Dr. Linda Letourneau is a fantastic eye doctor. She is very warm, personable and direct. Dr. Letourneau explained each part of the exam process, assisted me with weighing the pros & cons of my vision options and even took the time to help me select frames that work well with my prescription and suit my facial features. Im so used to having a limited selection of eyewear to choose from, that is was a pleasant surprise to find 7 pairs of frames I could wear. We narrowed it down to 3 pairs and they all look sexy, fun and still professional!

When I went in they took me right away to look at my glasses. I couldnt go to my actual eye doctor since they are in another state, but I was told that this place could fix the glasses anyway. Without even looking at the what my particular frames cost they gave me a price that was way more than the part actually was (my eye doctor at home had told me how much it cost straight from the company). When I asked about insurance they didnt even ask what I had and told me it wouldnt cover it no matter what (which was also not true, we had already talked to the insurance and they said they would cover it). Overall I was not happy about the cost or the way I was treated.

I have been a long standing customer of Eyes Over Copley and couldnt ask for a better group to trust with my vision. From my yearly eye examines, to the replacement of my glasses, which have been many (due to a puppys chewing obsession!) Dr. Linda Letourneau always makes these visits a true pleasure. She is thorough, efficient and takes the time to explain in detail, any question I may have. A big perk is the state-of-the-art equipment they use, it makes the process quick and painless ;-) Beyond Lindas excellent skills, the whole staff is a delight, hence why I recommend them to all my coworkers and friends.

This is where I go for eye appointments and eyewear. The service is top quality and everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Fox is very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I feel very confident seeing her, especially since when she noticed something that needed an ophthalmologist, she suggested I contact mine. David always helps me find the right pair of glasses. He understands what I want regarding fashion and attitude, as well as what will work well with my prescription. It helps that I am always satisfied with my care at EOC, and its convenient to my office. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Met Dr Fox, who was great. She really walked me through all the tests in a very collaborative and not-at-all condescending manner. She is a trained medical professional and acted like it, without being lordly I guess is what I mean. The staff is very helpful too, helping me price out two pairs of glasses and figure out what is the best bet. The receptionist was not great -- a little abrupt and unfriendly -- but it takes a true professional to do that job, so I am not really blaming someone young and finding their professional legs.

My experience at EOC was superb. Both Optometrists are very friendly, gentle and most importantly, knowledgeable and expert at what they do.Their collection of glasses is outstanding and between insurance and discounts, the prices are excellent. David, the Optician, has quite an eye for style and just knows what is the right style, shape and lens for everyone. Kudos to finding a great medical practice and retail store combination.

Ive been going to Eyes Over Copley for the last 7 years and I wouldnt think of heading anywhere else. In todays world of "go go go"/ get in as many patients as possible - Ive always felt E.O.C. has held on to what made healthcare great in past generations. Dr. Linda Letourneau leaves a lasting impression through her great personality, interactions during your appointment and explaining everything in an easy to understand way.

Great visit! Dr. Fox was very informative and walked me through the whole visit, explaining each test she did and why she was doing it. I stopped by during my lunch break to get the eye exam and was in and out in 30 mins. I didnt feel pressured into buying glasses from them afterwards either, although, I will most definitely be buying a pair soon! I would highly recommend her and have already to a few coworkers.
