I had my annual eye check up last week at Eye Health Services. I was welcomed immediately by the front desk staff member Donna. . I was only seated for 5 minutes when the associate, Chris, called me in. She was sweet, professional & very thorough. Next my doctor came in to do further tests. I checked out with my prescriptions & Donna once again greeted me. She noticed an error on my chart & fixed it. Overall the service & staff were wonderful. Thank you Eye Services!

very rude staff, you call main number, stay on hold and going through different options, phone rings for good 5-10 minutes. first attempt nurse hung up on me, called again and was on hold for 10 minutes, she was very rude and dismissive, without even checking calendar she kept saying they do not have any appointment and wanted me to call Weymouth office. i called them twice and phone kept ringing until it got disconnected. dont waste your time here

Excellent eye health care. Kind, professional, well educated and up to date. I have used these doctors for years, visiting different offices from Pembroke to the Cape to Crown Colony in Quincy. I am well pleased with every part of their care and have recommended them to family members. Oh, ...and they have beautiful free calendars every year!!!, but that is just a side perk.
