I recently finished a lengthy rehab at Franklin Physical Therapy for a torn rotator cuff. The treatment plan and care provided by Lauren was excellent. She was careful, thorough and went over the exercises with me during each phase of the treatment plan. My progress was steady with no setbacks and I was recently cleared for all activities by my doctor. Thanks to Lauren I am able to return to playing hockey and skiing this winter with confidence. The entire staff is friendly, professional and hard-working. When I occasionally worked with another therapist it was always a smooth transition. My information was accurately charted with current exercises, weights and reps so there was never any question about my plan or progress. There is always someone with you throughout the entire session and all of the therapists take the time to explain each exercise, tell you where you should feel it, and help you make minor adjustments to ensure you get the most benefit from each exercise. This is my fourth time going to PT and definitely my best experience. In terms of scheduling, it is the only place I have been able to schedule the same times on the same days with the same therapist. They are all very skilled and I would highly recommend Franklin Physical Therapy to anyone in need of PT. Ken A.

Im 2/3 of the way through a lengthy rehabilitation process after knee surgery and dont want to stop going! Not only do I see daily improvement with my knee, but also enjoy the staff at Franklin Physical Therapy. I receive a consistent, friendly experience at every appointment. Initially I chose this location because the GATRA bus could get me there, but more importantly I was listened to from my very first phone call when I explained that due to my injury, I couldnt drive. I was feeling very vulnerable and frustrated and now I feel empowered and confident that Im on the road to full recovery! Donna

I went for my left should shoulder pain due to c6-7 disk prolapse issues. I had similiar problem last year and went to other physio therapy facility in franklin, ma. But we can not compare with Franklin Physio therapy staffs. All staffs were very friendly. Especially Matthew J. Tibert is awesome. He is very knowledgable. After my sixth visit, most of my back pain gone. I definately recommend to every one.

I have been to other physical therapy facilities in Franklin and this was by far the best. Staff was great and very friendly and knowledgeable. I received one on one treatment and was never left alone to do my exercises like other facilities that I have been to. The staff was able to push me without causing any pain. I would definitely go back if I needed to and would recommend this facility to others.
