This guy is the truth. Ive been going to him off and on since the 90s. Hes singlehandedly kept me in one piece through years of sports and repetitive motion type issues from music.. Hell most likely give you exercises to do. If you do them, you wont be reliant on coming back to him all the time. Check him out.
