Dr Jay is amazing. I called on a Monday for the first time, I couldnt walk, drive, stand or even sit! I was in severe pain, I was able to make a same day appointment the first time, I walked in to a warm and soft environment. Dr jay and his staff know everyone personally, front desk knows each person walking in the door before pulling up some chart or file. It made me feel great just knowing everyone is treated as almost part of "the family" When I first walked in I was unable to complete a full sentence due to pain, I left able to drive, talk, it was amazing!Dr Jay found a problem I didnt even know I had, vertebrae out of line. I was able to work next day. The first day I went I actually went twice so he could work on my back again. He took his time, made sure I knew everything he was doing. I go several times a week and cannot say how happy I am to have found him. I would recommend him to everyone. I am so happy I found his practice. Its been a pleasure so far. I can honestly say I am in debt to them and all they have done for me and my back!

Where most all health questions and concerns are answered,.You can even take yoga classes in a beautiful calming yoga studio, by Real Life Yoga, lots of gentle beginners classes, and workshops, nutritional consultation, acupuncture, massage, facials, You may not even want to leave..its so peaceful, and when you do you will be feeling fabulous. you wont be disappointed ..

I was soured on chiropractic for years. My sister recommended Dr Jay, swearing by him. I am so glad she did! I love everything about this office. Everyone who works here are caring and compassionate. Dr Jay is not only an incredible healer, he is kind, compassionate and fun! He always asks if you have questions or concerns, and surprise........he actually listens and addresses any if those questions and concerns. The office is warm and inviting. If you are in need of chiropractic care, do not hesitate to pick Dr. Jay as your provider!

Dr. Jay is so kind and helpful, you should absolutely go to him. After a bad car accident, he fit me in the day I called even though it meant he would have to stay past closing time to see me. He explained everything with a gentle demeanor and within a week of seeing him regularly I was almost back to normal. He and the other employees treat the patients as though they are old friends and they genuinely care. 100% recommend!
