It is not much different than other ob practices but I needed to point out there is little to no early pregnancy care for mothers 35-40 or even older. Even if this care is explicitly requested or you have had a history of miscarriages or are older any care will still be denied and you will be dismissed as a "young girl who worries for no reason". You will have to fight for everything you get and be treated badly as if it is all unnecessary through the process. Despite the fact that the miscarriage rate is close to 50% at 40 and I had had a previous one I was told an ultrasound was not neccessary, HCG levels were not necessary and then after insisting on HCG monitoring was patrionizingly told they were "fine" when they were increasing at less than 30%. Im lucky that it was just a miscarriage and not an ectopic pregnancy. They also have no compassion for pain during pregnancy and in fact dismiss it as "discomfort". They will not induce until 42 weeks regardless of the risk and the mothers age. They will not allow you to see a doctor until you have seen a nurse practitioner no matter what the circumstances or how high risk the pregnancy is. Even when you are in the practice it is very hard to see your doctor and you often have to see a nurse who may tell you something totally different. "Like activity is causing your contractions", someone else says to get more activity. Its hard to get any consistency. If everything is fine I would recommend them. If you are high risk or close to 40 I would not.

Been going for years. They cannot keep any doctors. Forget about a PCP as they dont stay long enough to establish a relationship. You are always, yes always, passed off to a nurse or an intern. English is never their first language. There is dermatology but no dermatologist, just one nurse. There are surgical specialties but no specialists. You are sent elsewhere. There is behavioral health with no therapists or psychiatrists; just nurses and social workers. There is one eye doctor. etc. etc. But there are plenty of waits. Errors. Confusion. Rudeness. Cluelessness. Enough.

Cant put into words how wonderful Dr. Baigs office staff and NP Hazel were regarding my concerns for my Mom. As a VA home care nurse I work with multiple community providers. The staff were kind, empathetic and supportive to the needs of my Mom. Within minutes after calling, Hazel NP promptly called me back and addressed my concerns, She even called a second time to let me know that because of the weekend she was not able to have VNA contact my Mom until Monday. Great care, wonderful and efficient customer service> Thank you! Joanne Hamel

A lot of times i feel like im going there for no reason. Never were they able to help or treat me. They told me 3 times to get certain procedures and they found a way to mess each one up. I even had a staff member say they werent professionals just specialist and if i really need help to go somewhere else. I do not recommend this hosptial.

Constantly waiting hours upon hours to get to see a doctor... very disorganized... they need to have a better system in place.... I am currently waiting 3.5 hours for my doc as we speak..... not acceptable. The Boston Harvard vanguard is much easier and more effective with their online app technology

There is always space in the parking lot. The have laboratories and pharmacy. The quality of doctors is good but more expensive than other options.

The staff was very helpful and accommodated in scheduling the appointment to find a doctor to see my mom while her PCP is on vacation.
