Terrible service, i bring my sons over there for 2 years and his is been sick all the time, everytime i whent there it,s a diferente doctors they just said it,s virus, its, virus all the time, after i runn from there i discorver my child have strong alergies his could die from and elso his have aztmas, after 3 years i think my children is better now, maybe i can come back for a place close to my house, i went there i talk to one lady on the front desk, i told her my child will start school soon and his need to see a doctor, she say bring his profille from the time his out there, my husband bring de profile 3 days late than she told they will call for let him about the apointament, they take too long to call i decide to call them. i told the lady on the phone i wait for a call from them,she said we do not call nobody for apointamentt and dont stop be rude any more, she told me they will take about 3 wekes for insert the profiile on the sistem , them she will call me about the apointament, so i told her but you just said you dont call for people , she get very mad even i told her again about the school start she dont care end turn the fone off my face, my child count the the days to go to schoolI. So i desesparet about, today we went to scholl to meet his teacher and hes class room, the nurse from schooll ask me about his phisic exam i told her i change a doctor and they said they will take about a month for see my child , them the nurse from schooll decide to call them, on the first call some lady on the front desk told her they cam see my child any time, so i told her my history so the nurse from school call call them again to see what day i cam bring my child over there and maybe she told them my history, and on the second call they told the nurse from schooll they don,t make the apointament for my child because they never get the profille from us. This must be a joke, i meant its crazy think i ever see . Now i ask how this cam happen to pleople ho just look for a health for they child. Looks like we commit a crime. Its impossible no one see haw bad is this service with a pleople and dont due nothing about to fix that horrible service over there , we dont wask for façvor it s paid and its impossible they keep trate pleople like this,

Horrible place of business! They should not be in healthcare business, especially healthcare for children! The receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. We were just recently forced to switch pediatrician for my sons because the family pediatrian does not take our new insurance. My son has been very sick for five days and needed to see a doctor. I called my insurance and was informed that Quincy Pediatric was the new pediatrician. When I called the office, the receptionist was very rude and extremely unprofessional. They refused to see my son because they didnt have my sons medical record in file. I said I would get the record immediately and give it to them. They still said no and said it was their rule. They said they were private practice and this was how they do their business. They told me to check my son in ER or urgent care. I ended up having to pay out of pocket to my sons previous pediatrician for medical treatment. Its not right to refuse medical treatment to a child, especially, we do have insurance. We will never trust an office like this. We ended up switching to another pediatrician.

The front desk associates need a wake up call. I wont say the rudest people I know, but ruder than an associate should be when it comes to PEDIATRICS. On the weekends she purposely leaves the phone off of the hook. Trust me, call after lunch time on a Saturday. She will tell you that she cannot take your number or get the doctor to call you UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Makes no sense considering she wont put you in for an appointment because she leaves the phone off of the hook. Its sad that this hasnt just happened once, but over the course of three years on multiple occasions. I have two children and we all know children get sick. So, to the staff of Quincy Pediatrics, please find a new front desk associate. We have children that need care sometimes.

All the doctors have been great. We love all of them. They are the only reason we have stayed even though we move it of quincy. With that being said it its nearly impossible to call during normal business hours. Always get a busy signal. Also their front desk people suck and a couple of the nurses do too. So to summarize the doctors are great, and everything else from phone system to drying office to nurses arent good.

Have been very happy with this practice. It is busy, but they take a full proper medical history & are willing/able to pressure parents to take their parental responsibiities seriously. Yes, you see different doctors, but this means you can be seen quickly. There is also good out of hours phone support.

Incredibly difficult to get through when calling!!! Very frustrating. If there is an increase in call/visits this time of year than I think it would be appropriate to hire more staff to answer calls and make appointments. I do not have all day to sit on the phone to get through.

This practice has forgotten that they are in business of pleasing their patients. If you can get an appt you wait atleast 45mins to see a Physician and dont plan on seeing the same one twice. If you are looking for a South Shore Pediatrician look for a smaller practice.
