I agree, Dr. Wright can be a little gruff...I dont think she is bad doctor, but I did not find her warm and fuzzy like the others..The flip side is that my wife did not get this vibe at all..If you want to talk about poor behavioral skills..there is one woman at the front desk who has horrible customer service skills...which we both agree.. My biggest issue with the practice is their lack of technology. I asked the doctors three times for a history of my childs appointments and illnesses due to the frequency.. One Doctor said they could not get this information. The next doctor told me that they had a new system but it was not working yet and finally the third doctor said they could do it but gave me a partial printout beginning when my child was 2. You would think that this information would be readily accessible in order to provide the best care and furthermore you would expect that they go out of their way to provide this information to the patient. Their lack of technology is also evident in their billing system, I have received bills for less than two dollars, abd this month I received two bills for the same amount but the lines on the statement do not add to the total owed..

Our family has been with Crown Colony Pediactrics for 18 years. My first child just went off to college,in another state, and she has not been there for more than 24 hours and there was a medical issue. They were there for me, today. I never comment on anything, but feel the entry, by John, about Dr. Wright is so off the charts.When I ask my kids, who do they "hope" to have when we have to go th the doctors, BOTH say Dr. Wright, Surprizing because we have never had a problem with any of the doctors, they like them all! As a mom, I questioned a diagnois about a very high fever (which my son (13 months) passed out in the office and Dr. Wright took over and lowered the temp and would not let him come home until he was stable-6 hours later). But the kicker, she could see that I was still unsure and told me to call her if I felt I needed a 2nd opinion at Children"s. I called her and it was all set up ans so when I got to ER at Childrens, they had the history. Their diagnois and treatment was the same as hers. That was 15 years ago and I have never questioned her again. She was confident to put her assessment to the test. I trusted it! Crown Colony Pediactrics is the best!

Dr Wright is the best pediatrician we have seen and we have seen quite a few. She is dedicated, thorough, and follows your childs case very carefully. She has called us after hours and even on Sundays when we have had concerns. She is extremely supportive and understanding of our role as parents. She is gentle and firm with children. She may not have the "whishy washy happy over doing the bedside manner" personality -but I will not trade in her expertise, genuine concern, and dedication- for anything else. We are currently going through a complex time in our childs medical care- and Dr. Wright has been exceptional! Mah-J and Ziya

I have loved crown colony since the first day I walked in with my two day old daughter. This place is amazing and Dr.Angus is a truly exceptional doctor and person . I am a new mother and it is so wonderful to have a doctor who listens to my concerns without judgment and talks to you like a person who has been there and knows how you feel . I couldnt have asked for better and I will never go anywhere else .

Dr. Barbara Angus is by far the best! I love everything about her practice she not only listen to all my concerns but takes them seriously and understand me as a first time mom God knows I can be annoying I cannot be more happy with the way she treats my child she is truly a good one. I love this place in general because they follow up if they need to and they are always available could not be happier.
