I am a first time mother and obviously have lots of questions. I had a baby that was screaming for two weeks straight and the person at the front desk (with no medical degree) told me she has a baby and it was normal, so no need for an appointment. Then the nurses would not "allow" me to see a doctor because my daughter had a well visit in 10 days and that was when I could speak with the doctor. Several times I left messages with the nurses and I was never called back. The last straw was just this week when my daughter had projectile vomiting and severe diarrhea for 8 days. The nurses kept saying that it would go away, and several times did not call me back. Because of all that was going on with my daughter, she got severe diaper rash, and the nurses called in a prescription without seeing her. After 8 days of being told that I dont need to see a doctor, I demanded and appointment. They told me they would have to talk to the doctor to see if they would allow me to come in. I went to the office and stood in the waiting area until someone would talk to me. They told me that they could not see me that day and that they would get me in with a nurse the following day. It was the end of the day, so I asked if they would just ask the doctor would see her for 5 minutes and they said they would not ask because it was not a scheduled appointment. I was moving out of state the following day, so I needed someone to look at my baby that day. They would not budge on asking the doctor to stay 5 extra minutes. After freaking out on the nurse, I told them that I was taking my daughter to the emergency room where a doctor would see her. Ten minutes later, the doctor called me back and told me he would see her. He did, it took 20 minutes, he diagnosed her and told me what to do. Thank god he did because she would have ended up in the hospital with dehydration if he had not seen her. Dr. Amin and his NP Ellen are the only good things about the practice. Its a poorly run BUSINESS, not a doctors office that is interested in the care of their patients. Dr. Amin and Ellen are fabulous and I would recommend them to anyone, unfortunately they work at a terrible place.

Unbelievably awful experience with this practice. Out of touch, arrogant doctors, some with appalling bedside manner. DR. AMIN MISSED OUR DAUGHTERS CLEFT PALATE FOR 14 MONTHS-- they looked down our little girls throat dozens of times and didnt notice one of the most common birth defects anyone could see-- the surgeon, ENT and everyone at Childrens Hospital were disgusted a doctor could miss something so obvious. Our daughter suffered speech delays because of the delay in attention to the palate repair. Needless to say well be pursuing whatever actions are appropriate but in the meantime please dont let these people anywhere near your children.

Had wonderful experience with this office for over 1 year until today.I left a message about my sick 1 y.old.My phone call was returned by Marcia (one of the nurses there) who was totally unsympathetic, abrasive and dismissing. She completely blew my childs sickness off (i called about continuous fever of 101.2, not eating, not able to drink much, screaming nonstop for over 12 hours ) ! And there was no way to talk to someone else. This person has no heart and should not be in a medical profession. Cold, very cold !

A great practice, especially for working parents! There is a walk-in hour first thing every morning, when your sick child can be seen by a doctor or nurse without an appointment. And an open phone hour every day that you can call to talk to a nurse about any questions or concerns, big or small. They require all patients to vaccinate on schedule, which I really appreciated when I brought in my newborn.

We were moved from another state and refused to see a doctor unless we became their patients. I was very upset since I did not know where to go and the front desk repeated many times about their policy they could not accept. I was very dissapointed with their policy as a health care provider.

Efficient, organized, and take the time to answer all our questions. They truly care about their patients and families.

Good practice, some of the staff are more knowledgeable than others.
