Horrible experience. Our first ever visit to this practice left the entire family in tears. The providers bedside manner was absolutely unacceptable with my 9 year old daughter for her annual wellness check. The entire practice has horrible customer service from the scheduling staff, to the provider (nurse practitioner) we saw, and finally rounding our unfortunate Core Pediatrics experience was the billing staff. I am not the type to leave such a public negative review but after having negative experience after negative experience with this office I feel its only fair for others to be warned. As a new family to the state I wish I would have avoided this practice all together.

Corepediatrics in Exeter totally sinks. If you love your child, find another place to bring your child. Booking appointments sucks, they charge way to much for cash pay, total 10 minute visit from walking into door to walking out of door and they didnt do anything cost you 250.00. And they wont book appointments if the child is sick. Some one would have to be a complete moron to take their child there. Dr Kyle is good though, just the place in general sucks.

We love Dr. Kristen Johnson, but have had great experiences with all of the physicians and nurses. They have very reasonable availability and each morning there are walk-in hours for things like colds, etc.

Extremely poor communication skills and patient service. I have no complaints about the doctor, but the support staff is borderline incompetent.
