I love Dr. Ware and Dr. Smith and their loving team of support staff!!!!! I have raised 3 children under them and now my granddaughter is a patient. When they left Brockton, I followed them. It is rare to find doctors that actually CARE. They follow up. They make sure any questions are answered and their attitude is always pleasant and supportive. I must say that my son is a 24 year old adult now and unfortunately, was in a terrible accident. He is now paralyzed. Dr. Smith came to the ICU@MGH to check on my son directly where my son stayed for 30 days. It is a blessing to have doctors that care and a wonderful staff to back them up. Of course there are doctors closer to me in Boston, but I am going to continue this relationship with these wonderful folks as long as possible. God bless the entire team for being loving and supportive to me and my children over the years. I would not have made it through the hard times with my son without their caring attitude. I figured it out they treat each and every person like a family member, not just patients.

Dr. Smith is possibly the best pediatrician I have ever known. We had a terrible experience with my twin boys previous doctor, so much so that they would cry when we entered the parking lot. However after about 5 minutes with Dr. Smith they were actually laughing. He truly is a fantastic Doctor. Very knowledgeable and excellent bedside manor. The nurses there are kind and very friendly and I honestly cant say enough good things about them. We have been to see Dr. Ware a couple times, she is ok. She is a good doctor but she is just not as good with children as Dr. Smith, not that she is as bad as their first doctor, far from it. She just doesnt have the playful attitude that Dr. Smith does.

It wouldnt be fair of me to rate the group in general so I need to first say that Dr. Smith is by far the best pediatrician in the world! HOWEVER, Dr. Kathleen Ware is horrible! If you intend on going here, which I would, to see Dr. Smith, be sure you do not use Dr. Ware and if she is on call then you are better off seeing a Veterinarian. She is completely out of touch, has very poor communication skills, and should go into some other profession. This is my opinion hopefully you wont learn the hard way!

I love Doctor Smith AND Doctor Ware. They are both companionate and knowledgeable. Doctor Smith is the Patch Adams of the place and Doctor Ware is the warm motherly type. They are both intelligent and open minded.
