Originally, I called to request a rescheduling for my appointment, but Yahaira offered me to go at that very exact moment, which was wonderful, but at the same time a little stressful, since I live in Westfield, and is almost a 40 minute drive, but I accepted anyways to come today. The receptionist was very courteous, and I was greeted with a VERY big smile, which doesnt hurt anyone. I swear, I only waited for 6 or 7 minutes, when Patricia, the wonderful Patricia, called me in. She listened to everything I said to her, did A WONDERFUL JOB with my teeth, which didnt need a lot of attention (it really pays off to have good hygiene habits), and in the process, earned a loyal patient. And this loyal patient will spread the word of how awesome every technician is. You need to understand this: I am a proud father of 4 boys, 3 of them with their own special needs, and to drive all the way from Westfield to here, is a lot to consider. The service has always been 5 star with all of them, and now with my wife and me. Muchas gracias, Patricia, por un trabajo bien hecho, y aquí está: promesa cumplida.

Went yesterday. It was my daughter first visit(23 months). It was very busy over there and felt like everybody in a rush, no activities for kids in a waiting room. We did not wait a long time though which is good, but then we were waiting our doctor 15 more mins inside and again they have nothing for kids it was one dirty book. When doctor came she did not tried to make any contact with my daughter she was looking tired (I understand that, but it was my daughter first visit), I was asking about fluoride drops and doctor answered like she does not care, she said :"you can give her supplement or not", really??? That s it? Thank you very much for "helping" to make my choice....when she started cleaning my daughter was crying like crazy and all she said :"you almost done". At the end of the visit she said you need to make a next appointment...we did but we will cancel it, awful experience... I m sure there are good professionals but for me personally very important how doctors treat my baby...

Well I just have to say that this has been by far the best experience and the best dental work performed on my mouth sense I can remember! Back in July 2016 Patricia work on my mouth and I had the yearly clean up done, let me tell you til this day I just cant stop smiling and showing off my teeth! This Dentistry and I have to say Patricia has really changed my life and my views on going to the dentist! I cant stop telling my friends and family members what GREAT GREAT EXPERIENCE IT WAS FOR ME! And as we all know we hate going to the dentist and we keep putting it off well Im one of the worst ones. Already had canceled after being in the office because I was so scared of pain or just embarrassed! But that all went out the window! Thank You very much to Children & Family Dentistry & Braces Of Springfield, MA.!!! And Thank You Patricia You are the best Chica! keep up that excellent work! You guys rock! H-N-K

I was recently seen at this office. It had been over a year since I went to the dentist and I was pretty nervous about going, afraid Id have a bunch of cavitys. I finally went, and very glad I did! The office was great and the people there were very nice and helpful with my paperwork and insurance. I was actually fine during the appointment. They took some x-rays, I got a cleaning and then the Dr did my final check up. Im happy Im back on track and my next appointment is scheduled! Thank you for making me feel really comfortable and getting me back on track!

Children and Family Dental group of Springfield is an office of professionalism, highly skilled staff members, very friendly, compassionate, innovative and educational. Not only do they do general dentistry, with or without nitrous oxide, they also offer orthodontic treatment and general anesthesia for young patients with dental anxiety. The office is well ran with heavy emphasis on communication. The administration department/front desk is very accommodating and will get you in as soon as possible. I highly recommend this office to all my friends and family.

We can not say enough about their dental team, they are beyond amazing! They even have a traveling specialty team to see my children for braces! Its a great feeling to know we can have all of our dental needs accommodated in one place!

I really like the people here! The people at the front desk are very nice, consistent, and helpful. Theyre always following up on appointments and even when theyre busy they are always very nice and polite. Ive never had a bad experience at this office. Theyre very kid friendly and always have a movie on to entertain the families. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I love bringing my two year old daughter to the Springfield office. We always have a fantastic appointment, with a minimum wait time and always greeted with the friendliest staff!! The team work shines in this office. Everyone being fast and very efficient!! The atmosphere is so perfect for the kids.
