I came to this office for a regular visit / cleaning and everyone was great, however, they referred me to their oral surgeon for an extraction. They are the most unprofessional oral surgeons Ive ever been to. They were all rushing around like mad men trying to find all of the gear they needed because apparently they are not full time in that office but are a pop-up oral surgeon working out of a tackle box on the dirty floor... Dr. Singer stabs my mouth 5 times in a row with no Novocaine gel or even a 2 second break in between stabs with the needle and not listening to anything i said... they barely gave me any Novocaine because it barely numbed my mouth i could still feel... I left the office before that monster could do any more damage.. I swear he was enjoying causing me pain. I will NEVER step foot in that office again.

Everyone is so friendly and it is just a overall great atmosphere. The dentists are extremely skilled and willing to help in a way that is comfortable to you. My cousin hadnt been to the dentist in a very long time due to being scared and embarrassed of her teeth.. after alot of convincing she was confident enough to make an appointment. Everyone was so kind and had no problem explaining every single step before it was done. From the x-rays all the way to completing her last cavity she was cared for in a way that made her comfortable and ready to come back next time. By her last appointment she was no longer scared and walked out of there with a smile she hasnt shown in years! This office is over all amazing and I would recommend it to anyone!

Hello! My name is Dr. Beyer. Im a new provider at Children and Family Dentistry here in Holyoke. I just wanted to take the opportunity to introduce myself. Im originally from the Seattle area (Go Seahawks! Youre welcome for that goal-line interception Patriots fans,) and moved out this way to do my training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Ive spent the last year in Chicopee and Holyoka enrolled in a year-long residency program that focused on advancing my education in general dentistry. The staff in this office are absolutely amazing, from the front staff to the back staff. They are all very knowledgeable in the dentistry field. When I go in for my cleanings I couldnt be more satisfied with my hygienist. Not only does she clean my teeth very well, she also talks me through what she is doing and which areas I should be paying close attention to. My 4 year old son also had an emergency where he fractured his tooth and he needed 2 teeth removed at that visit. The doctor was amazing and very gentle, my son did not even move an inch! I would definitely recommend this office to everyone; adults and children !

Im getting treated for braces and general,I am very happy the way they treat me in generaland have no problem, but the braces department does not do there job perfectly. I had them put on my braces in March or April and have not got treated since July or got ANY adjustments. Ive been there twice in October and I have no records shown since July!! I mean come on what is going on!! Not having records down and not gettig and adjustments for 5 months. Ive been wearing these for no reason for the lst 5 months and struggling to eat and keep my teeth clean.

I arrived 8 minutes late for my daughters scheduled appointment(1:08) Was told I was past the 5 minute window, so she was going to be seen in at 1:30, ok fine, its my fault I was late. My appointment was for 1:45. I sat in the waiting room until 1:55, before leaving the establishment. I have a job and things I have to do other than sitting for 40 minutes with a cranky 2 year old in a dentist office. They should also obide by this 5 minute window policy for patients waiting for appointments.

The dentist are very caring, the assistants help transition the children from having a fear of the dentist to smiling by the time they leave. Children and Family Dentistry works on making the children feel as if they are a part of the procedures and explain everything to them, so that by the time; it is time to get to work the child or adult knows what to expect. Its all about the communication skills and this company has that skill set down pack! Great work!

The staff here are wonderful. They made my son actually enjoy a trip to the dentist. The Dentists are amazing. They took their time to make sure we knew why the treatment was needed and the staff was able to show him how to taje better care of his pearly whites. He cant wait to go back abd niether can I. Nothing feels better then the amazingly smooth feeling I get after the hygenists has cleaned the gunk off my teeth. Such awesome quality custom care.

The doctors and staff at The Children & Family Dentistry are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I could not ask for a better office to attend to. I have been a patient for over 7 year even before the change in management. The staff do a great job taking the time to educating their patients. I really like this dentist! My daughter recently got braces and the staff has been tremendous! We recently went in for a routine cleaning and we mentioned to the dental hygienist that one of her braces wires were bothering her and the hygienist was able to bring in someone from the orthodontic group and they were able to fix her right up. The staff is always friendly and helpful and we have always had a very positive experience.

Always an amazing experience here..Wonderful staff from the waiting room to the Dentists office to check-out. Pleasent may I say. They explain everything from beginning to end.. My son experience there was AMAZZZZING!! He was so nervous not only did they tell him every step but showed him as well, he left with a smile asking when is the next time he will go back.. If youre looking for a dental office that will meet all of your familys needs, this is it! Besides getting your cleanings and regular dental work done, they do Braces and have an Oral Surgeon on staff! You get everything done with the same, great, caring staff. I highly recommend them to anyone. You have dental anxiety? This is the place to be. They also offer different methods of dealing with it.

I have been taking all my kids to here and they love it! They are friendly and always willing to make my kids feel comfortable and relaxed when they are here! I never have to wait long. I matter what time of day it is! They are very prompt! They also are on top of things like if u miss an appt! Everyone is always smiling and enjoying what they do its a great atmosphere! Everyone here is great!
