My grandson is ill with the flu, they think. Sent a nasal sample to the lab (did they?) and would let my daughter know in 6 hours (the on call physician) whether he needed Tamiflu because of an underlying health condition. No call. Wasting time. When my daughter called this morning, they said the lab "spllled it" (a nasal swab??) and that the doctor said Tamiflu wasnt necessary. What a mix-up, Not the first time this kind of thing has happened. Awful office staff. Awful "supervisor".

Great staff of doctors and nurses that are very friendly and make our little guy feel more comfortable during his appointments. A really nice tiuch are the occasional free kids book they give him to bring home
