twice in the past year my son has been to the office on a Friday afternoon. Both times he needed a prescription for his illness and the script was never called in. Of course the office was closed by this time so we left several messages on her answering service voicemail which we never received a call back. The first time we brushed it off and continued with Tylenol and he got better. Now this weekend he has an ear infection and really needs his prescription. We left 4 messages between Friday night and Saturday morning and never received a call back once again! This is extremely unacceptable and we will never refer someone to this office ever again. When we first went to this office 4 years ago we were extremely impressed with the doctors professionalism and how great the staff was. within the last year their customer service provided by the staff and the doctor herself has dropped substantially. Not sure what is going on in that office but its very unfortunate and we are now looking for a new pediatrician.

I wish I could have left my 5 star review of this office. I Love Dr. Eccles, I do. But Im not sure what is going on in this office. It saddens me to have to look for another pediatrician as I loved going here when my daughter was born and when she was a toddler. But when my son was born a year ago thats when I noticed the office really slacked. Things were being missed. No callbacks, lack of confirmations, mix up with appts. Most recently antibiotics not being called in w/ no call back, once over a weekend. Emergency calls not being returned, which with a sick child is unacceptable. Like I said, this saddens me. I dont know whats going on here...

We have brought all 4 children to Dr Eccles offices for 9 years now, and she is the most wonderful doctor EVER! She takes time to personally make sure each child feels safe and healthy, and has gone above and beyond for all of them. I cannot say enough about her and her office, it has made an incredible difference for our family, and the staff and professionalism have always been timely and thorough. I wish there were pediatricians of her caliber in every town, we are fortunate to have her here.

Dr Eccles is truly wonderful, she is a mother as well as a highly educated doctor so her experience and knowledge base treats but her mother side never over treats. She is highly intelligent and my daughter finds her soothing. She currently has Dr Emily, who is also very amazing and smart as a whip. The set up of the office is catered towards children with a newly built tree house and tons of toys and books. Its almost like a fun destination for the little folk!
