Dr. Kumar is absolutely amazing and we absolutely adore him! On the other hand, the office staff has NO IDEA what they are doing! It is incredibly frustrating! EVERY TIME we have visited, something has gone wrong due to the bumbling administrative staff. My insurance was filed incorrectly TWICE, My appointments were scheduled at a time differently than what was written on my card, We had to visit three times just to verify that my son could have a physical to enter preschool, but when we talked about it each consecutive time, she had NO knowledge of conversing the previous time, so I had to rehash all the same information over and over again. I was specifically told that "we accept tricare but do not participate" which meant my co-pay would have been higher than normal which was fine, but Ive been charged the full amount, the same as having no insurance! Its really a shame because I just ADORE Dr. Kumar, but I just cant stand dealing with the administrative staff any longer! Im giving a 1 purely because of the quality of care that Dr. Kumar gives his patients. If it wasnt for him, this office would receive a big fat zero!

We love both doctors here, but we use Dr. Streim. She has years of experience and has seen it all. She is always good about squeezing in my children when they have a sudden illness and need to be seen.

I love both doctors, but Dr. Kumar is the best. I love all of the office staff and nurses, as well. I recommend them to everyone I talk to!!
