Clearly the owner Dr. Tom Klapp is not as interested with the fact that the manager, Kim was insulting and offensive with words as she apologized and would rather use Google reviews to cover up the fact that Kim was and is very rude. Kim way of apologizing was to insult me by stating that I brought patience for the incentives. Kims comment was hurtful because the patience that she referred to are my children. I am offended and I have every right to be. WOULD YOU LIKE TO HEAR THE RECORDING OF THIS CONVERSATION VIA PHONE? If you are so concerned. You can validate the medical insurance policy laws but you can not justify her unethical and unprofessional offensive comment. Can you? Anytime you comment on an issue have the facts straight because now you are making your self look bad and furthermore I a disappointed in you as the owner. In fact, I asked in your office for confirmation and I was told on 2 different appointments what the referral incentive are and both time I was told the same thing as the letter stated. So your office sent me misinformation in the mail and told me misinformation in your office twice. Misinformation 3 times is excessive and could be seen as misleading in the court of law. This is the same law that you say you honor and pledge not to break the codes of law. This is messy and I hope everyone can learn from my bad experience. Kim negligent action and the medical policy laws are 2 different things. The office manager Kim is unprofessional and unethical in the way she handle her own incompetence in understanding insurance policy producers. If you question Kim she becomes rude by talking over you and patronizes you to justify her own negligence. Do not trust anything she say or put in writing instead check with your insurance company and if you dont have insurance be causes too. Even if she acknowledge her own incompetence she will justify it with their lawyers advise. Kims lack of consideration, professionalism, and unethical behavior can make the best Chiropractor look bad. I wouldnt trust her in business or professionally period. The Chiropractors are great but what good is that when your office manager acts unethical and unprofessional. Has any else had problems with the office manager?

Up until this morning I would have given this place a 5 star rating. Now I havent been there in several months due to insurance issues, plus I was actually doing great. Yesterday I hurt my back so I called this morning to see if they take my newer insurance and they dont. So I asked about what my costs would be on a cash basis as right now I cant afford much money out of pocket. It was at this point I realized I got the worst, most unsympathetic worker answering the phone, bordering on being rude. She told me that Medicaid doesnt cover chiropractic, in which that is not my insurance. My crappy insurance is thru the awful marketplace since my employer cant afford health coverage for their employees and I pay for it so dont treat me like someone who is using the system. She told me I needed to change my insurance, so obviously she doesnt understand enrollment periods and I cant change it till the next enrollment period, and even if I could, it wouldnt help me right now when I need it. I am so disappointed by the treatment I received today, and shocked as well because until this morning I have always been treated with kindness. I wish I would have taken her name because this individual needs some classes in how to treat people.

I began my chiropractic care at First Choice this past October, somewhat hesitantly. I had heard horror stories for years from different people, most of whom had never actually been to a chiropractor. Ive had limited success with different treatments, including medication and PT & I really needed to get a handle on my pain. I went in for a free consult with Dr. Klapp; he reassured me enough to where I was comfortable to begin treatment. Its taken some time & adjustments (ha! see what I did there?) but I feel much better all around. Many symptoms have improved, including neck pain, headaches, range of motion, lower back pain (especially nerve pain!) and my general feelings of well-being. I rave about chiropractic and this place, specifically. Everyone is professional, helpful and genuinely interested in helping their patients succeed & be healthy! Funny, too. I could say so much more in praise of this place but dont take my word for it -- see for yourselves. Best part of my week! :)

First Choice Chiropractic is awesome! I feel like they really invest in their clients which is important to me because I feel valued and that they really care about my health/wellness. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped me feel at ease, especially as a person new to chiropractic health care. The dinners provided by Dr. Klapp are informative and fun and I think everyone should check it out. The personal health assessment was fun to participate in and was truly eye opening! Any chiropractic work that I need will definitely be done at First Choice Chiropractic.

I have had chronic back, neck and shoulder pain for many years and have seen my share of chiropractors. Being able to find a chiropractor that genuinely listens to you, can offer relief for your pain, is affordable, works out of a clean and easily accessible office building, and is punctual is rare. The doctors are all nice, and they listen. So far I have not been disappointed with my care at First Choice Chiropractic. Their office staff is professional and friendly. They also accept all insurance that covers chiropractic, including medicaid.

I visited couple of places in the vicinity before, but let me tell you First Choice Chiropractic is the real deal. Front disk ladies are so wonderful, they make you feel special all the time. My physical health has changed to better after meeting Dr.Miller and the Licensed Massage Therapist Dixie. Dr.Miller is incredibly great at what he is doing. Dixie was by far the best Massage Therapist Ive seen in my life. I loved the place and everybody in it they are fantastic people.

They acted all professional and friendly in the beginning. then the shennanigans begin with the billing department, followed by the fact that they didnt actually help correct the problem with my back. when the billing department couldnt correctly bill my insurance they filed against us in court for a measly $200. following the fiasco at court, then they sent someone to seize one of my vehicles. BUYER BEWARE....they didnt fix my back and still thought they should be paid...

Their staff is wonderful! My 2 year old, 6 week old and I get adjustments. We have been going there for almost 2 years now. It made a huge difference during my second pregnancy and labor compared to my first pregnancy without chiropractic care. I am relieved that my children will be growing with healthy spines. I wish I had that for myself growing up. Now with all the lifting I do with my children I dont know how I could live without them!

Dr. Klapp is great! He has helped so much with my neck problems. i had to leave AA for a couple of years and now that I am back, one of the first things I did was make an appt with him. I have not tried out the other doctors yet. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Ive always been impressed with how they handled the billing process. They simplified it and made it so much easier for me.
