I wondered why this place had poor reviews and now I understand. During a teeth cleaning I had my gums stabbed and tooth damaged to where I feel the damage when I floss. This area got infected. I wasnt upset because mistakes happen, but when I came back in to address this issue, they wanted me to pay for the service. They claim that it was coincidence, but the trauma site would not have gotten infected if they had not inflicted that trauma on me in the first place. I had a few cavities filled here and Dr. DeRose offered to fill in a slightly misshapen area on an otherwise healthy tooth that I expressed concern about. There is a tiny hole in this filling that catches debris that I cant properly clean. Dr. DeRoses work created a new issue for me and wants me to pay to correct it because his initial work on that tooth was done for free. They wouldnt discuss it logically, but rather kept repeating "he did you a FAVOR!" Which, yes he did, and I really appreciated that! However this favor created a new problem that I didnt have before. When asked, they said theyd correct it for free *had I paid for the initial service.* So evidently he does not accept accountability for work he doesnt bill - leaving me financially accountable to fix his "favor." They kept accusing me of just wanting free work, which is not the case. Ive paid hundreds of dollars to them for their services no problem. I just dont think I should have to pay them hundreds more to fix the issues THEY created. I would not recommend this place to anybody because of the damaging service and insulting demeanor in which I was treated when trying to resolve these matters.

Dr. Derose & the entire team are simply awesome. Ive relocated a few times in my career...and subsequently have been to quite a few dental offices...but Derose Family Dentistry simply outshines all of them. Immediately upon calling you are greeted by Karen, who is extremely friendly & patient....as I had a few questions about my insurance and some previous dental work. They offer early morning & evening hours, which is great for someone like me as I commonly cant just leave work in the middle of the day to get my teeth cleaned. Dr. Derose is just the best! Hes a great dentist...I couldnt be happier with the look & feel of my crown, but hes also just got that type of personality that immediately puts you at ease, which is a VERY DIFFICULT thing to accomplish in a dental office. I have recommended this office to my co-workers & friends and I will continue to stay with this office.

Dr. DeRose is a fabulous dentist. He gives an amazing shot- I cant even feel it, plus his sense of humor always puts me at ease. He has the latest technology including patient monitors so that I can see my x-rays and pictures of my teeth, digital x-rays and oral cancer screening. The office staff is super nice too! I recommend him to everyone I know!
