I had Dr. Edge when she was in an office by herself. Never had a problem. Anything I needed, I just called the office and it was taken care THE FIRST TIME!! And it was done Right!! Since she moved to this office, its been nothing but a pain. I frequently require referrals. It takes me 2 or 3 times (days) calling to get it sent over. Real time wise, it takes a phone call to the insurance provider. I had an appt. with a specialist that took me two months to get. Called for a referral A WEEK in advance. I stupidly assumed it would be there by my appt. Imagine my surprise when i checked in and the was no referral on file. Luckily the the girl called BCBS and got one over the phone. Imagine that! I she hadnt done that, I would have had to reschedule and God knows how long that would have taken! I love my Dr., but as soon as I can, Im going elsewhere. If youre looking for a Dr....Keep looking.

Botsford Primary Care has the worst front desk staff you could imagine. They will schedule you for an appointment, and then wait until you come in to say the system says youre too early for your next prescription to be given. Like you literally will be dealing with a bunch of people who cant even seem to work a computer, or do their job properly. The same day as my appointment I literally called to push the time back for my visit, and wasnt told then that I was too early to receive my next injection, instead I had to go all the way up there to be told. Everytime I deal with them its a very unpleasant experience. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Worse dr office ever. The staff is not worried about your needs. They hardly answer the phone. had to go in myself numerous times jus to request a prescription that should be done over the phone. Drs are hardly ever in. The reason i left was because they wouldnt refill my prescription until i came in to see the dr. I said ok when can i come in. They scheduled me for almost a month later and never gave me my refill for the previous month so i went close to 2 months without meds. I strongly urge you to not go here. They bounced me around and I saw numerous dr.s there. none of which seemed to worried about me or my needs.

This clinic has no sense of urgency! God forbid you need them to do anything for you on a Friday. All you get is an attitude because your asking them to to their job on the day the office closes at 3. The lady on the phone told me that if I wanted results I should have called earlier in the week. Dont waist your time with Dr. Sundram, she only works 3.5 days a week and is in no hurry to assist in your needs. She only works till noon on Friday and doesnt work on Monday. On the days that she works you call and leave messages and she never returns the calls.

Been a patient there for over ten years. Yes, the office can get busy and the wait time get tiresome, but thats because the Doctors and staff are personable and take their time when they are with you. That can make some appointments push into another time slot. Id rather wait ten or twenty minutes more for a doctor that will listen rather than go see someone that herds patients through like cattle. Never had a bad experience, but it can get tough getting an appointment the next day or so.

Ive been going there for 14 years but now a days they are slow take long to answers phones and then you go to your appointments it takes hours to see the doctor and when you work and cant stay for that long you have to leave and book another appointment witch is prone months out as well. If you want a family doctor this is not the place keep looking

Dont even bother. You might as well go to an urgent care or an ER. Always over booked! Called for an appointment on September 23rd, not able to be seen until November 3rd. 6 weeks?! RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE.

I have been there for over 7 years and I love the doctors there. I never had a bad experience with any of the front desk staff. Botsford is the best! All my doctors work as a team. I love there work.
