I have been coming here for quite a few years and the customer service of this office has gone HUGELY downhill in the last two years or so. I recently had to get my prescriptions setup through OptumRX and the office personnel acted as if they had no idea what they were doing; I basically had to figure it out for them and teach them how to use the service. I had to call AT LEAST 15 times to get my prescriptions set up. Lets not forget that they very rarely actually answer the phone. You usually have to leave a voicemail and then they conviently call you back during the work day when you cant take a call resulting in a game of phone tag. The office staff were extremely unhelpful and rude during this whole process. On top of all that nonsense, the doctor refused to give me a full year refill on a medication I have been taking for years. I was asked to come in again in six months to reevaluate the medication and get the rest of my prescription. I pay $90 for each office visit. I have had no problem getting full year refills in the past for this medication and like to only come in (and pay $90) when I absolutely need to. I just got a notification from OptumRX that they actually didnt even give me six months worth of the prescription. I cant think of any reason they could have to not give me a full year prescription. I will say that I have had mostly good experiences with the new physicians assistants. Unfortunately that isnt enough to cancel out all the bad experiences with office staff. Its been a (not so) good ride but I will definitely be finding a new doctors office for my next appointment. I just received a survey in the mail from them to review my experience with one of their doctors that I saw in an emergency situation; NOT the doctor I see on a regular basis. Instead of taking the time to fill out the survey, I wrote this review. Unless this office gets some serious customer service training, I would avoid them.

I use to be a patient at this location with Dr.Jill Ellaser. She was the best doctor they had at this practice. I moved out of the area 2 and a half years ago. I have not been able to find a good doctor. When ever I was sick I would just go to urgent care. Ive been having problems and stress on my job...I explained to Dr. Emily Mason that if I didnt get any time off from that place I was going to lose it do to the way I was treated. I explained to her that I was having headaches, twitches in my face, chest pain, sleepness nights, and stomach pains. I proceeded to tell her I had another problem that was kind of embarrassing and she laughed. I could not believe she responded in that way. She rushed me and did not pay attention to my situations. She told me I can only give you one day off. I dont give days off for stress. She showed no empathy when I told her what I was facing and bypassed my tears and heartbreak when I told her because of the stress on the job, one of my co-workers commited suicide. This situation was traumatizing to me. I will never ever go to this doctors office again, and I suggest you dont either. I hope it had nothing to do with my nationality.

My husband and I both go here for care, and have for the last year to 2 years. I have Dr. Rastogi as my doctor. She is quite good; she is gentle and listens well. Some of the other staff, including Dr. Juocys, are hard to get a hold of and sometimes unresponsive. My husband has had a very hard time getting his prescription refilled on numerous occasions and been given the runaround every time he calls. No one returns his phone calls or follows up when they say they are going to. I myself have left numerous messages about my own concerns and have not been called back. I understand there are many patients to keep track of, but to have several messages left for you and not to answer them, or to make a commitment to call and break it, thats just rude and unprofessional, especially for a doctors office. Update: The prescription, not for the first time, was written incorrectly, even though the correct dosage and amount of tablets was communicated to the office SEVERAL times, including in person. What a nightmare. Definitely never coming back.

I have been coming here since 2007. I have never had a problem with the staff. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. My prescriptions were filled and renewed with no problems. I had very bad back pain once and was given an appointment the very next day. My only complaint is that one of the medical assistants does not know how to take blood pressure correctly and she does not know how to draw blood. She couldnt get a vein and she would pull the needle halfway out and turn it while it was still in my arm. Needless to say, i was bruised and my arm was hurting for a couple days because of that and it has never done that. Also, i was disappointed during my last visit because the main doctor I was seeing no longer works there. Besides that, Country Creek Family Physician has been wonderful and attentive to my needs throughout all of the years I have attended.

I went in to get a flu shot today and it was a very quick and enjoyable experience. I was able to walk straight back to a patient room after signing in. Everyone I encountered was polite and in a positive mood. After I received my shot, Emily Mason, the new Physician Assistant, even stopped by to chat for a few minutes before going to see another patient. It is nice to see a provider taking time out of their day to check in with patients, even if they are not there to see them.

I have been a patient here for many years but had to leave this practice once the best doctor left. Since most of the good staff left the care is has been absolutely horrendous. The past few months it has been almost impossible to get anyone to return my messages or refill my prescriptions without a mistake. Many mistakes are made and I always have to call the office to clear up problems that the staff creates.

I was very impressed with the new PA, Emily Mason. I saw her before going out of the country on a trip, and she spent a significant amount of time making sure I was properly vaccinated and educated before travelling. Im excited to have found such a caring and compassionate provider, I would recommend her to any of my friends or family.

The only reason my husband and I go to country creek family physicians is because of Dr.Rastogi. She is the best ... Office staff very rude no matter how sick you are they will not give you appointment.. Earliest one they will say is 10 days to 2 weeks and the best answer please go to urgent care if you are that sick.

Dr Samuels is the only reason I am willing to ever go back here. The receptionists that answer the phone tend to be very rude, and seem to hate their job. Its a very unpleasant experience having to deal with them, so I do not recommend this facility.
