This practice is a complete joke! The receptionist on the other end of the phone scheduled me and appointment with Huff Jr. earlier today but then realized my father saw Huff Sr. and flat out denied me health care because she said it was company policy that I see the same doctor. In reality this was a poor attempt by a lazy old lady to avoid doing anymore paper work than she had to in one day. Like the review before me this place has proven to be incompetent on my first trial. And since I was flat out denied healthcare I dont have a first hand account of how they treat you, however, my Dad does. My dad hates this practice but is forced to go hear due to insurance coverage in his area. I was able to make an appointment at a different doctor in my home town but I couldnt let these incompetent fools get away unscathed. Please for the sake and well being of yourself and your family find a different practice because if the doctors arent jerking you around here then surely the other fools that they employ will before your visit is said and done! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My whole family sees Dr. Audrey Huff and we have been so happy with the care we receive here. I rarely have to wait very long to get into a room and be seen. Dr. Audrey is very caring and listens to my concerns and I feel like she involves me in my care. I have had experiences with other doctors who just throw a prescription at you every time you walk through the door, and I love that Dr. Audrey doesnt do that. Any time Ive had a health concern, she either treats it, comes up with a management plan, or refers me to a specialist. She also explains everything to me, every step, condition, medication, etc. so that I can understand whats going on and be involved in my own healthcare. Ive never NOT been cared for. The staff has always been extremely friendly and my kids love coming here.

I used to be a patient of Dr. Audrey Huff and while I was there it was fabulous....until they changed from a family based medical operation to a corporate operation. What I loved about this practice, the familiarity, small-town, personal feel, its no longer there. It saddens me to no end that our insurance in America seemingly dictates how a medical practice should run its business. We have lost a family friend in the Doctor Huffs and what used to be a warm welcoming practice.

The staff at Dr Huffs office has proven over time to be less than competent. We have spent weeks trying to get one piece of information needed to help us complete a insurance issue and have been given ZERO help and have been spoken to rudely and condescendingly. I could never refer this office to anyone.
