Worst office staff I have ever encountered at a physician;s office. Attitude when does answer the phone. I have been trying to get someone/extension to answer a call for the past 3 days. I have tried every option there is to choose and have spoken to no one. I am trying to get refills for prescriptions and the pharmacy has sent the request twice with no response. I can not wait to find a new office/Doctor and will never look back. I am sure I will have an impossible time getting my records to take to the new office. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!
