I can never get in to see the same doctor though, on my file, I do have one assigned doctor. Every doctor has a different opinion and these conflicting opinions keep me from getting the quality care that I need. I have spent days on the phone trying to reach my actual doctor with no results. I feel like a pin ball in a machine where a different doctor or nurse practitioner is pulling the spring, I get bounced around while they score points and I end up worse for the wear. The woman who began this practice is a fine human being but Alliance has grown too big for its britches.

Do not go here for pregnancy care! They will bounce you from doctor without respecting your wishes to see one doctor for the entire pregnancy (even when you are extremely flexible)! There is no communication that this is the case at the beginning pregnancy appointments. The Centering Pregnancy program is their big seller, but they dont even have one at their East Lansing (main office) location. This would have been a program I wanted to participate in but wasnt able because they didnt even offer one for my "due date."

The doctors and nurses are wonderful. They care about you and have empathy if you are worried or scared. The other staff is the only downfall. They hardly ever give me a time I say is preferred. They are kurt and seem to just want to get me out of the way. To summarize: the doctors are great, the scheduling is not.

Alliance OB/GYN is a great place to go for womens care. Beautiful office, kind and polite staff, experienced doctor who not only really listened, but took action to resolve my concerns. So glad I found this practice, I intend to remain a patient for a very long time.

Cant reschedule appointment close to original date " we can see you in 2 months from now " incompetence or laziness this place dont care. Dont go here for pregnancy.
