This group came in as replacement doctors for my long term doctor of 10 years. Admin staff amazing and the same. They get the star! Nurses have an indignant attitude, not sure if they are the same or if they are new as well. In my experience, the doctors set the tone in the office so the nurses are probably following along. The doctor I saw seemed nice enough but you do not keep your own doctor--its whoever is there. If you ask to speak to your doctor and she is gone (maternity leave), they want you to set an entirely new appointment for one of the other doctors. This is needlessly complicated. They get paid for being there everyday whereas I am quite busy and cannot make an appointment when they should have covered certain topics in the office during my original appointment. They claim that "its not about money" which means it probably is. They "sell" you in the door, but do not possess the level of conscientious care of my older doctor. Patient in. Patient out. Nothing personal. Its odd considering... All annual tests were conducted in a professional manner, but as I leave my child-bearing years, I do not find them helpful at all. While I "gave them a try" as the receptionist requested, they are not for me. They borderline seem incompetent regarding gynecology so I would never consider them for obstetrics. Theyre all smiles of course, but my former doctor saved my daughters life during delivery. I would not feel comfortable going through a pregnancy or delivery with them. And if you share these feelings with them, they dont care--which was probably the most disheartening aspect of my experience.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This place is wonderful. Every staff person Ive interacted with has been kind and professional. The doctors explain everything in normal language and make it easy to understand. They also respond to phone and MyChart messages within 24 hours. I can always get an appointment when I need one, even on short notice, and I dont need to go through an extensive phone tree to reach a person. I faxed them 8 pages of paperwork for my employer and they returned it ALL in less than 24 hours. I have never had a doctors office be so fantastic. I have had appointments with all three original doctors and they are all great. They recently hired a fourth doctor whom I have not seen yet but I imagine she will be nice as well based on my experience with this office.

Staff is amazing and personable!! I kept Dr. Bhalani for almost 4 years before she moved to Texas- she is the greatest doctor I have ever known!!! After she left, Dr. Fischer became my new doctor who lives up to the bar Dr. Bhalani set!!!! Amazing & Comforting!! The doctors AND the nurses understand my situation and treat me like a family member instead of a name on a paper that needs to be crossed off!!! Absolutely love these women!!!
