Dr Ide was the only Chiropractor (after 5) who took the time to really look at the underlying issues of my 2.5 yrs of physical and mental pain Nov 2014.. when I literaly could not sit, stand or walk and went on Medical from work... I found him on Google laying in bed with my tablet searching for miracles! I called in tears told him what was happening, he immediately made an appt. the same day to see me. I nearly crawled into his office, I could not carry a purse, wear a winter coat I was in so much pain.. He went out of his way to study my situation overnight after Xrays.. he convinced me to NOT have back surgery regardless of all the Herniated Disk Xtrays/MRIs I had done the prior year for a Hip surgeon.... I agreed to the Disk Decompression after seeing two back surgeons who said I needed surgery immediately, but couldnt guarantee they could help me... but one Surgeon gave me hope and believed in my gut feelings that it was not my back but my hip....he told me to try the DD first with Dr Ide.. so glad I did! After finding out via the MRI I had a Labrum tear in my hip in July (miss diagnosed by hip surgeon a year before).. the Disc Decompression visits were the answer to my prayers... I was back to standing straight again.. walking and dancing at my daughters wedding in September (2 months).. which without his professional care and loyalty to his patients, helping me to avoid depression through personal affirmations, the recovery from my surgery in October would not have been 100% pain free and completely straight again... I am fully 100% myself and so blessed and happy I found him on Google!!!! I owe him and his staff complete gratitude, I love them all... enjoyed seeing them and miss them... they were a huge part of my life!

Dr. Ide and his staff have given me my life back. The day I called to make my first appointment I had been suffering from a migraine and severe neck pain for 6 days. This was also after receiving multiple pain injections from my primary physician with no relief. His staff not only verified my insurance was accepted at this location before even offering me an appointment time (which multiple offices will not do this) over the phone but I was able to make an appointment for the same day. Dr. Ide took the time to obtain pertinent patient history and not only explain but he also showed me on my x-rays why I was experiencing pain. He addresses the root of the problem instead of pushing prescriptions to subside your symptoms. He discussed my POA in detail and reiterated why finishing therapy and continuing home therapy was important. I was hesitant and nervous about my first adjustment but again, he took the time to walk me through each step. Paired with my weekly adjustments I also receive massage therapy. Monica, the massage therapist is incredible. She takes the time to ask specific questions before the massage to ensure she provides the best care possible. Kasey, Dr Ide’s assistant is extremely personable and continues to make sure you feel comfortable throughout your visit. The front staff also provides a warm and welcoming environment. Within my first month of treatment, I’m able to go days without a headache now and I have reduced the frequency of my pain medication. I highly recommend Dr. Ide and his staff!

Dr. Ide and Zandrea are wonderful. I have been a patient of Dr. Ides since he was practicing in a different location, and since made the move to Painless Chiropractic. As a Registered Nurse, I value the impact that consistent chiropractic care can have on overall health and well-being, and have found that Dr. Ides methods are effective in reducing both my neck pain and chronic headaches. I have also entrusted him with the care of my husband, who is also a Registered Nurse, and my son, who is in need of chiropractic care because he plays multiple sports. For anyone who has had severe pain in their neck, back and , as I did, I highly recommend Dr. James Ide. I started in March on my 36 visit program. He was really my last hope. Through his caring for me, I no longer have the excruciating pain. My program has ended, but will always go to him for maintenance every 2 weeks. My new friends, Kaitlyn and Kasey are awesome. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Ide. He helped me so much, from being in constant pain to being back to enjoying life again. He takes the time to get to the root of the problem and really knows what hes doing. I totally recommend Dr. Ide, and now my teen daughter is having back & neck problems and hes the first place I thought to take her. Truly compassionate care given here! I fell on ice in December and could barely move. I left a voicemail on a Saturday night a week before Christmas and was stunned when I received a call the following Monday, saying they could get me in that morning. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable doctor! After doing a 3 month program, I no longer have daily headaches, back pain or neck pain. Most doctors adjust your back and send you on your way - Dr. Ide makes sure to turn it into a lifestyle change by improving your posture and fixing any issues you may have. We had several visits with Dr.Ide. The reason for our visits were irregularity with our newborn. She would go days without being able to use the bathroom. After the very first visit with him, she was a different baby. She is the happiest little girl now and is regular. His staff is super helpful, and very kind. I would highly recommend his office!

Very extensive in the examination. Not like other chiropractorside who just do a quick adjustment. They diagnosed they problem and are working to correct it with me. Even went so far as to work out payment arguments for the things my insurance wouldnt cover.
