My wife and I started going to Dr. Bolens practice in May, 2015 because my wife was having some hip issues and I was having some lower back issues. As of now, my back issues are gone, and my wifes hip issues are much improved. Some key points that Dr. Bolen explained are that these things develop over time and require time to fix. In addition on going maintenance is very helpful in preventing them from reappearing. A couple of additional benefits that Ive experienced from adjustments are that I can move my head as easily to the left as I can to the right, which I couldnt do before, and my knees dont "pop" at the end of the day. Dr. Bolen explained that the Atlas bone is the first bone of the spine and supports the skull. If this bone is misaligned, it throws off everything. Dr. Bolen is an Atlas Orthogonist, which means that he knows how to use a special machine to correct the alignment of the Atlas bone. This machine is extremely gentle, so theres no twisting or cracking involved. Dr. Bolen also uses the Activator Method for adjustments. This method is also very gentle and involved no twisting, cracking, or popping. We were also pleased that Dr. Bolen took X-rays during the initial visit in order to expose and an understand any underlying issues. He reviewed the X-rays with us to explain his findings and answer our questions. Dr. Bolen and his staff are very friendly, and we are glad that we found him!

I had just about given up on chiropractics, despite the pains in my shoulders and neck, which were causing headaches, because every chiropractor I went to ran me off with utter strangeness or lack of people skills. My friend Regina who owns Miracles of Massage in Lawrenceville told me about Dr. Bolen and I decided to check him out. I am so glad that I did! The ladies who work in the front office are so friendly and personable (which Im sure you know is a rarity in doctors offices these days) and Dr. Bolen is not only a great chiropractor who has eased my pains in just a few visits, but he also is so very nice and friendly! I am very at ease in his office and was amazed at realizing that my headaches have been gone since I started seeing him, which was right around a month ago. They make it very affordable, even for people whos insurance doesnt cover it or who dont have insurance. I pay a very reasonable amount for an adjustment and got a huge discount on the initial X-rays and the amount of relief and energy I have are worth it and much more!

A very special thank you to Dr. Bolen and the entire staff at Bolen Chiropractic. To make a long story short, In the past I had a bad experience with a doctor who did the typical manipulation care and I thought I would never get adjusted again. Then I learned from almost everyone I work with that Dr. Bolen is the best and uses a method called "The Activator Method." I made an appointment and found that this type of adjustment uses a small hand held tool that Dr. Bolen uses in very direct points to make adjustments. I came in with neck pain, lower back pain and numbness in my arms and in just a few visits... all the pain was gone and I felt great again. I would refer anyone I know to Dr. Bolen. Im a lifetime fan.
