Physical Therapy with Dr. Adams and his staff has been very beneficial to my life. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and the therapy Ive received at Horizon has helped to ease the pain during my flares and truly began to decrease the severe inflammation in my knees. My range of motion is improving and with their excellent patient care, therapeutic exercises, creative and research based therapy techniques, Im confident that Ill eventually regain the ability to walk without my cane when Im not experiencing a severe flare. Honestly, I wasnt sure Id ever be able to walk without my cane again, but because they took the time to consult with me first and really understand the issues I was having, they were able to design an appropriate program for me that is effective and challenging. Im thankful my doctor recommended Horizon and Dr. Adams to me and Id recommend him and his staff to anyone in need of great physical therapy with one on one service, and a friendly, hardworking, and dedicated staff.

Horizon is a great place to come for physical therapy. From Dr Adams all the way down to the office staff, everyone working there strives to ensure that patients receive the very best care and attention they can offer. The therapists here genuinely care about your condition and will do everything in their power to help you get past the ailments you might bring to them. For myself, the therapy I received at Horizon combined with the injection that was administered to me @ Genesys, I have recovered to nearly 100%! And I know that without the physical therapy, my progress would not have been nearly as successful as it has been. Thank you, to Dr Adams and his staff.

I felt very good about Dr. Adams plan of service and his highly trained staff implementation of my therapy. The staff at this facility is very welcoming and friendly. They will walk you through your therapy with patience and care. They not only worry and care about your physical health but care about your overall wellness. They will give advice and input on after therapy care and exercise. I would not have been able to heal and build strength back up after my back injury as quickly and as effectively if I didnt have the care and expertise of Dr. Adams and his staff.

I couldnt even hardly walk with my back pain. I went to the Chiropractor and it made the pain worse. I called by brother who is a PT up in Saginaw. He told me to visit Jerome. My brother is the top In Patient PT at Covenant and he said Jerome was one of the best around in Flint. Ive been able to walk without pain and Im now working on strengthening my core, so it wont happen again. Jerome is very thorough and hands on. Hes an amazing PT!

Bringing my mother here has been a very good experience for her. The staff was very patient and attentive to her needs for physical therapy. They made sure that each session were tailored to her progress. They really work hard to make sure you get the best treatment possible. As a former D1 football player at Michigan I have seen a lot of sports trainers. After spending 2 years watching Jerome coach my son and getting to know him as a person there was no question where I was sending my 12 year old for PT when he had a nasty shoulder injury. His knowledge of sports injuries, state of the art techniques he uses, the one on one attention, and the sports background Jerome has makes him one of the best.

I went to Dr Jerome for vertigo and he showed me how to get rid of it in only 3 sessions which is remarkable sing I was in dizzy land for the last month. No meds. Previously I had been treated by him for shoulder, knees and back . He has treated me successfully for each of my conditions. I am 61 yrs old and have been to several others physical therapist over the years and he is hands down, he is the best!

The Office was comfortable, and the staff was informative. The scheduling was great they worked around my somewhat difficult schedule.
