After years of sacroiliac dysfunction with lots of pain, the quality of my life had diminished. I had gone through many doctors, wrong diagnoses, physical therapy and chiropractors when I came across Vicki Sims on the internet. After ordering her book and dvd, I felt like someone finally understood what was wrong with me. I decided to just hop on a plane and fly from California to Georgia to see her. That was one of the best moves in my life! Vicki Sims is incredibly knowledgeable and very devoted to helping you with every aspect of your pain. She listened to me patiently, examined me, showed me how to do self correction, gave me exercises for my individual needs, explained stabilization help such as taping and SI belts to me, and checked for all other side effects that come with having SI dysfunction over a longer period of time. After 5 days I was almost pain free! I know I have many months of exercising to go until everything will be ok, but I am confident that in a few months I will be able to enjoy doing all my favorite sports again. There are no words to express how thankful I am for Vickis help. She is one incredible person with an expertise and devotion to help patients beyond all expectation.

Gainesville Physical Therapy Loved it I have had a few injuries in my time and needed therapy most experiences are below par at best. HOWEVER my first experience with Gainesville Physical Therapy was over the top 5 star. Dr. Carissa Essex took personal care of me and worked hard on tissue and scar from knee replacement. Day one I now can move my leg on its own without having to lift it by hand. This is only 2.5 weeks out of surgery. She explains how the muscles work and tendons and makes a plan with you to get the results you desire. Thank You Guys for the work you do. Dave Plum
