Started going because I had a few dark spots and because around my mouth would get dark from time to time & it would go away. Well I was told I have a fungus growth around my mouth and subscribe something that caused the skin around my mouth to dry out & get darker along with discoloration from the chemical peel. I dont think there consultants are thorough enough. They fail to teach u how to use the product & allow the aid to do everything. Im very disappointed. Ive gone at least 4-5 times and my face has gotten worse every visit. I cry of because it and dont know what to do. Ive bought their regiment and Im so invested now

My husband spend his hard earned money, $1200, for permanent laser hair removal from this company. Only a few short months later I have full blown hair regrowth. I am back to shaving everyday. There were at least 3 different people who worked on me. All of which were NOT the kindness. Not consistent with one person because they treat their employees badly as well. Ive contacted them for a resolution by office manager Amanda and was told there was nothing they could do for me and offered me zero! So I have to leave this one in my attorneys hands. Dont waste your time! Take your money elsewhere!

The first visit was fine, But when i started having problems and need a different prescription I could not get a hold of the Doctor. Called multiple times, because of my hours I couldnt just go up there. The front desk staff is very rude. Will not be going back there again. They kept trying to schedule me right after there lunch and they were ALWAYS late and I would have to wait for them to come back and unlock the door.

Will not return. Both doctor and nurse make very rude comments when you are asking questions. The doctor is sold on using products she uses for all patients instead of what works for each individual client. Not satisfied we will be looking for another dermatologist who is more experienced in treating patients with real skin issues and saving the offensive comments, and nasty attitudes.

Very disappointed. One of the receptionist is rude, and I was diagnosed incorrectly and given the wrong treatment and suffered for a week in pain until I went to a doctor that knew how to treat me. When I went to get my chemical peel the power was out, and was told they were still seeing patients. Very unprofessional place. Would not recommend the place to my worst enemy.

Ive been going to skin perfection for 5 years and my experience there has been nothing but great. The staff are so nice and sweet and greets you with such a warm smile Everytime....Every issue I had concerning my skin has been resolved and now Im walking around with much more confidence. Latonya is awesome. I would definitely recommend Skin Perfection to any one :)

Worst experience ever. Rude and inconsiderate Doctor and nurse. Second visit and they Never advised how long to take the prescription just "you done good to go" because I asked if my insurance covered an injection they recommended. "Its no more then $60 if its not covered we will bill you" ok but is it covered. "We dont know you can leave". Wow ok.

I love this place! The staff is personable and very sweet. I have been receiving treatment off and on for the last 4 years. I usually go monthly during the winter months for the chemical peel and as needed in the summer and I must say that Ive seen a night and day difference in my skin. I definitely recommend the services at Skin Perfection!

This place is horrible. They are impersonal and not about perfecting the skin. They are about the almighty dollar. The receptionist are rude and this place has not been open long and they have gone through about 20 medical assistants. Something is clearly wrong.
