The staff, front desk and Dr. Levin are great!! My only frustration is that when I made the appointment, I did inform them that I had a few moles that I wanted removed. But when I went in, I was told that I would have to come back, again, to have this done, that the insurance companies get all funny about paying for all these to be removed (there were 4) in the same day. I know, and my insurance company verified this when I called today, that that is not true but that some procedures are inclusive to others. So if they do all of them, they get a payment reduction, which means they dont get paid as much as they would if they have you come back again. In addition, one has to pay another office visit charge. And take off early from work, again, to get there.

Two times we went there. I came on time 30 min wait, came second time 1 hour wait. Left never came back. People who work there sounded like dont care but it is not their problem, it is management which are doctors.

The wait to get in is inane. I had an appointment at 2:30 and got in at 3:30. Then I waited in the room for 45 minutes.... the upside was the great service and smiles which is why Im giving 4 stars
