Will never go back to this office again. Doctor was not knowledgeable, asked if she had any suggestions in terms of non steroid treatments for my severe eczema, she just kept trying to push steroid creams and steroid pills on me. Called in and paid for my office visit over the phone but several months later received a bill saying it was a final notice for an amount not covered by insurance. I never received a 1st notice, my address was incorrect but I guess my mailman noticed my name on it and still got it to me. Called the office to pay over the phone since I dont think I should be charged a fee to pay on their website for a bill I never got. They told me that they cannot do it over the phone and only on their website or I could go in to pay it. Horrible service.

Just had an appointment at with Dr. Federonko and was very satisfied all over. Signed in with Kelly, very pleasant young lady; Heather, another very pleasant young lady escorted me to back to meet with the doctor. My first time meeting the doctor and I found her to be very caring and listened to me about my skin issues that I have been battling for several months, very comfortable communicating with her because I felt she really did care. Have been to another dermatologists office but quickly found out that she is the doctor for me. My wait time was not very long and I would definitely recommend Dr. Federonko to anyone who asks. Thanks again to the doctor and her committed and caring staff.

Horrible experience. Perhaps I caught her on a bad day--nobody is perfect. But she honestly seemed unhinged (specifically in part due to her unbecoming demeanor towards a new patient). Extremely condescending, rude, and inappropriate. Very disappointed. When I became visibly upset by her treatment, she was callous and unsympathetic. I have never been offended or mistreated by a medical professional the way this doctor has managed to do. I left in tears. Im still in complete shock. I will NEVER go back to her establishment to seek her services. On the other hand, her assistant was polite, attentive, and sweet.

Great doctor. My family and I have been coming to Dr. Federonko for many years, probably about 20. She is awesome. We all get skin checks every year, acne stuff for the boys, and I have had cysts, warts and skin tags removed. It has been quick, painless and professional. Office staff is great too. Everything is explained and they give good samples to help you get started. You will be in good hands with Dr. Federonko.
