I had a series of peels with then with good results. I booked another round with another employee and I didnt peel at all, my skin showed 0 result a week later. I noted it feel as intense as the peels I did the year before. At $150 I wasnt going to let that go. When I called and asked to speak with the manager the employee actually called me back. I wasnt comfortable with this at all. Long story short I was issued a refund. I was more then happy to go back for another peel with a different employee but I was "dismissed" from their office. Obviously their business is booming enough they can throw away customers. I believe I was fair in letting them know my pricey peel wasnt effective with that employee but their office made it personal. I wouldnt go here....if you dont like your result you have very little recourse. Ive never heard of a business that throws away business.

Who likes to go see a Dermatologist? Mostly nobody, but coming to this office is like visiting friends and family. No matter how long between appointments, they always do their best to get you in right away. Ive seen them for laser hair removal, which was fabulous and well worth what I paid. Ive seen them for both minor and occasional cystical acne issues. Most recently I was there because I had a very dark mole on my foot. They got me in right away and explained the type of mole it was. I was very scared and they put me at ease and all turned out to be ok. Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable and they provide top notch customer service and really listen to your concerns. They will go above and beyond to accommodate your specific needs. You can trust your decision to make an appointment here.

I consider customer service to be an important part of patient care. However, at Lifetime Dermatology, that is clearly not a priority. The receptionist was very rude about my inquiry on whether they were acquiring new patients. Rather than let me know when I could be seen, she said she had no time available that day for new patients. She then instructed me to seek medical advice from urgent care if I needed to be seen quickly, as if urgent care is comparable to a specialist. She never offered a day or time when I could be seen. She was very short and clearly annoyed with having to answer any questions. Its clear to me why their rating is low and I would assume its not solely based on the level of care, but on the attitude of those who work there. Take my advice and call another office.

I had a $10 bill that went to collections due to me moving and not updating my address. Yes, TEN dollars... I called this practice to make an appointment and they told me I had been dismissed over this $10 bill. Despite the fact that I had since paid it once it went to collections. I have a mole Im concerned about and now because of $10 I will have to find someone else to go to. FYI if you decide to go here, theyre more concerned about money than their patients.

I really like Dr. Diamond. She is very knowledgeable as well as personable. She explains what she is doing and gives you advice on how to improve your skin. I had a basal cell thing on my head and she gave good advice about seeking a surgical remedy. I am 60+ and she treated me with respect and courtesy. The office also runs in a very timely fashion without too much waiting and they have office hours after 5pm (I still work).

First visit today and all I can say it was the BEST dermatologist visit EVER! Beth (PA) and Dr. Diamond were super attentive, thorough and answered all my questions. The office is immaculate and the staff very helpful and nice. I am so glad I found them after many bad experiences with other dermatologists.

I was left for almost half an hour till someone came to me. The lady kept saying that the remaining of a mole (which she did not completely remove from before) is actually a hair under the skin. I never had any hair in that area of my face. Clearly she doesnt know what she is doing. Dont go there
