Extremely rude lady named Kristina working at the desk at the moment we walked in. We had an appointment, they somehow gave it to another patient. We are new patients and drove 25 mins to this office with four kids in the early morning. Instead of accommodating us she was very rude and suggested we come back next month. We told her we came all the way down here and we would like to be seen for the appointment we had. She treated us like we need free medical treatment. Telling us to have a seat it could be a while. Anyhow when I suggested leaving and going to another doctor her exact words were "go ahead." I said shame on you to let someone walkout unhappy for your mistake and now we wont come back. She responds " go ahead you do that." So Id you want to be treated like trash go to this office and meet Kristina. IFIX not I suggest another office. Id like to note I didnt get a chance to meet the doctors, I am sure they are good doctors its just there receptionist and office managers are not good people.

After visiting five different doctors I was referred to Dr. Murakawa. He diagnosed and is treating my lichen planus. I am so thankful for this interesting and talented doctor.

Very friendly staff, but the Dr is the most amazing person there!!! Took care of my family member and is incredible, completely earned our trust and respect!
