I went to Dr. Zehr after seeing his article in the paper. I was having a problem with pain especially when sitting that would start with pain in my buttocks, hips and go down my legs, especially my right one. It would throb, like a terrible toothache, often making it difficult to sleep at night. After Dr. Zehr took X-rays he explained that even though I was having most of my problems with my legs, he felt my problem was coming more from my atlas. After the first treatment I could start to feel improvement, the pain was much better, often would be pain free for a day, and then would come back off and on. ! I was really surprised when the pain in my upper arms started going away, but then was having a problem with numbness where the pain had been. I felt a little funny about trying to explain all this, as I hadnt mentioned the pain in my arms, thinking this was caused by exercise and wasnt related to the other problem. ! Dr. Zehr continued to monitor and do adjustments, as needed, and within two weeks the numbness was gone. Then I started having a problem with slight pain alternating from one arm to the other every few hours, where I had been having my original pain. I continued to keep up with my appointments and finally I am able to say that I am pain free for the first time in months. ! The one thing that surprised me the most is that I hadnt even realized how bad I had really been feeling, until it started to get better. ! I want to thank Dr. Zehr for all his help and his staff for always being so helpful with my appointments. I will recommend Dr. Zehr to anyone who is having a problem.

Zehr Chiropractic has been a wonderful gift to my life. I have been going to Dr Plemon for the last 2 years and have never felt better. Having suffered with migraines on a regular basis, for years in addition to a series of other completely discouraging physical obstacles, my life became very limited. I found myself fatigued often, irritable and in immense pain, I began to feel very old at 40. I have never trusted chiropractors but was so fed up with the pain that I finally decided that I was ready to be rid of it. I was equally ready to be done with the many doctors visits and medications, so I went. After my first adjustment 2 years ago, I have had only one migraine in that time and it was due to my atlas being out. The office staff as a whole are just plain loving and caring in every sense. My entire family now goes and has had the same results. Our youngest has asthma and was on several medications and still unable to breathe well, he now takes one for his allergies and is so much healthier. Enough praises cannot be sung for the staff of Zehr Chiropractic Thank you for showing compassionate care and genuine thought to your community.

I have been living with neck, back and shoulder pain daily for about 9 years. I have tried other chiropractors in the past and have had some success, but nothing like what I have gained with Dr. Zehr. Apparently my atlas was out of alignment..... With one adjustment it was back into the correct position. Its become misaligned 2 subsequent times, but each time, Dr. Zehr puts it right back into alignment. I can honestly say that my neck pain is GONE!!!!! I simply cannot remember a time being completely pain free. Its been about two months that I have been seeing Dr. Zehr and I cannot believe I have waited this long to feel free and normal again. If you are even considering seeing a chiropractor, give him a chance. I bet you wont be disappointed!!!!

I started going to Zehr Chiropractic years ago due to having daily tension headaches and migraine issues. After I received my first set of X-Rays I realized I had other issues that I was unaware of, some of those were resulting in daily tension headaches. Since Ive been a patient I no longer have daily tension headaches, which has greatly improved my quality of living. My husband became a patient due to my prompting and in under 1 year of treatment he was able to get back out on the Lake and fish, something that he thought hed have to give up forever all because of the treatments he receives at Zehr Chiropractic. Its a wonderful office full of knowledgable, friendly, caring people.

Zehr chiropractic is a step above the rest in my opinion. They take the time to locate the source of the issue to resolve it. My experience years ago with a chiropractor was to get twisted around in hopes to locate my alignment issues. With Zehr, Dr Plemon and Dr. Zehr explain exactly where they were focusing attention, pinpointed there focus, and through a series of adjustments solved my issues. They fixed numbness in my hands that I believed was the result years of construction work. Give them a try and trust the process, your back issues didnt occur overnight, so trust their process and you will live a better quality of life! They have proven themselves to me with results.

I have suffered from migraines since I was 9 years old. Many medications and scans and havent ever found to make them go away. I talked to a co-worker who is a patient of Dr Zehr and was given some great information in my research in finding a chiropractor. I have seen quite a few in West Michigan in the last 20 years. As soon as I met Dr Zehr I knew this would be a different experience. They truly care about helping patients and treating the real cause of pain naturally. No painful manipulation, cracking, or popping...and I have experience amazing results. Not only migraines but heartburn as well. Who would have thought? See them first...not as a last resort.

I have been going to Zehr Chiropractic for a few years now; initially to fix some severe back pain and have continued periodically for general maintenance. The entire staff is wonderful! I notice that anytime I am in a bad mood and dont have any energy for a few days, something in my spine is out of whack! They are always quick to get me in and amazingly my mood is better and I am full of energy! I highly recommend Zehr Chiropractic for any of your family and friends that are always in a bad mood or seem lazy!

I came to Dr Plemon suffering from vertigo. My medical doctor gave me meds and told me I needed to wait it out. I have a life to live so was not willing to do that! A friend saw them on Facebook and I thought I would check them out. I have been in chiropractic all my life so I wasnt confident they could help. WOW was I wrong, after just one treatment I was on my road to recovery. I am now doing things I have not been able to do in year pain free and as for the vertigo...GONE!!

The office staff and chiropractors are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have dealt with chronic pain for 14 years and atlas orthogonal has helped the most, even more than pain medicine. Now my constant headache barely hurts and when my headache pain does increase I can tell I need an adjustment. This lessens the pain every time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone dealing with pain.
