Unfortunately google will not allow me to give zero stars. Having been in business my entire life I could never imagine treating a customer so poorly. In a nutshell, when you do not perform a service it is unethical to take someones money. Furthermore, when an employee makes a mistake then as an owner you should actually fix it in the customers view. Not at this place. Thats not how they do it. Not only do they decline but they declined multiple times. They could care less whether I share my story with everyone in Carmel Zionsville area. So I will share my story. After visiting them two times and then going in person to cancel my contract with them I was told that everything was canceled and there would be no further charges. Shockingly in reviewing my HSA account at the end of the year I find that they charged me for seven months of payments in which all of the chiropractors there agree I never stepped foot in the office.now why would I want to pay $69 a month and get no services? That doesnt seem normal. So then I called and spoke to a very nice gentleman who said I am sure the owners will do the right thing and give you a refund of your $483. But no, Monica calls me from the office and says I owe another payment and must continue to pay until the end of my contract that someone there didnt cancel when they were supposed to. So now I am out $483 and have received no services which we all know is against the law and I have no further recourse but to go to an attorney and get my money back. Which is so disappointing in this nice community that you would have owners that act like this. It is also obvious that theyre not from this community dont care about it and dont care what people say. So I recommend that you do not support this unethical business, these terrible owners. Now I know why none of them would even give me the courtesy of a call but life would be so easy if they just processed the refund for services not rendered which is within everything that is right. Who would possibly expect to take someones money, provide no service and sleep at night and think thats OK? Not in any business Ive ever been part of.

Love going to The Joint - Zionsville. Dr Sharpless is great and so are the other doctors that also cover at the clinic. They are very efficient and you hardly have to wait for the walk-in service. I love the fact that they are open until 7pm during the week and are also open during the weekend giving plenty of opportunities to get adjusted. I also like that with the adjustment plans you can attend any The Joint clinic in the country and they will have your records available on their computer system and you can get adjusted whether you are on vacation or away for a business trip. I would definitely recommend The Joint to others and some of my family members are patients. It is very affordable for chiropractic care, go try it out for yourself!
