Very rude and unprofessional office staff. Office manager doesnt have a courtesy to even explain what she needs(may be she doesnt know what she need), First I had called her for the appointment since it was end of the year and I was moving to a new plan under the same insurance. She couldnt find my insurance details so she was saying she wouldnt accept my UHC navigate plan. Later I called up my insurance agent she spoke to the same lady and she found out she was not finding my insurance details for new year(2017) agent gave all the details and office manager told me I can make an appointment now. So I got an appointment during that call in 1st week of new year. So I showed up at the doctors office 10mins before my time, now the other staff is asking for a Insurance ID, seems like they dont see the patient with out the insurance card. Now the same office manager claims that she is not sure if my insurance they accept or not and also argues with me saying she told me to bring the card, which she didnt even mention. She wouldnt let my son see the doctor. I am sure not having the ID was not the reason. May be she doesnt know. I guess I am better off with the other doctors. If u are serious look for better office staff.

I had no intentions of bringing my children back to your office, Dr Gavini lost his skills as a trained Dic every since Dr. Rachel left him and went on to be a better physician. Dr. Gavini lacks proper bedside manners and very rarely fully examines or listen to patient issues thats why I have lost all respect for him as a doctor as well as the rude and unprofessional office staff. It is with great pleasure to hear we feel the same and thanks for the letter to discontinuation of because my children deserve better than what your office ha to offer.

Very unprofessional and dis organized office. After a problem with cancelling an appointment none of our calls were returned. After rescheduling the appointment and everyhting was explained we would have to pay for the cancelled appointment everything was understtod and new appoint booked. Only to have them call us back later and tell us he would not see us as patients now due to it being a conflict of interest. After seeing this doctor for years you would think him and his office would have more professional.

The office ladies here are extremely rude and unprofessional. Dr.Gavini is great, he is so kind and caring. But the office staff ruin that for him because of their terrible customer service.
