My children have been seeing Dr. Rizk since they were born. The staff is the same as it was twelve years ago. They take care of prescriptions, referrals, appointments and even worried moms within the same day; usually the minute you call. If you have to leave a message while they are in the office, you get a call back within 10 to 15 minutes. Dr. Rizk has an amazing bedside manner and a very cute voice....for those of you who know, that means a lot. My kids were never afraid of her, even when they knew they were getting a poke or a swab. The longest I have had to wait was thirty-five minutes and that was about two years ago. She has a sick room on one side and a well room so you do not sit next to infectious kids; which is especially nice with newborns! We love Dr. Rizk and her staff!

Weve been seeing Dr. Rizk for years and she and her staff bend over backwards to get us in, call in prescriptions and turn around paperwork quickly! Her staff has been with her forever and thats a great sign. They dont overbook and take as long as you need at your appointment.

Dr. Rizk has been my pediatrician since I was a very little girl. Im now 20 years old and shes still my physician! Her staff is amazing and Dr. Rizk is such a sweet, loving lady. She takes her time and makes everyone feel so well taken care of. My whole family adores her!
