We initially came because of Dr. Sonja, but after our 3rd child, we never saw the same doctor twice and waited for 30+ minutes past our appointment. One doctor even insulted my wife for not using formula to supplement saying "I dont know why you women care so much about breast feeding". My wife, very passionate about breastfeeding, began visibly crying and the doctor never even apologized. Called to complain about that doctor, staff was rude and said they would pass along information to the doctor, but never called back. We now drive twice as far to a pediatric we can trust for our kids and for us.

I take my daughter there for Dr.earles. Dr. Earles is aboslutley amazing! The only reason I put up with the office is for her. The nurses are usually very nice, but the desk staff is rude and dont seem to care at all. Scheduling is a joke, it seems like their main goal is to try to get people to see other doctors in the office ( I assume to fill all schedules) however, after saying every visit which doctor I want, its clear I have no desire to switch, so being asked Everytime is irritating. ...Dr. earles is great, and I hear other dr.s there are great, but the office is a joke.

They do not value your time. You will have waiting of times of anywhere from 20 minutes to over an hour. Last visit, I waited an hour and then asked how much longer and they simply said they are busy. The doctors will see you for 5 minutes and then onto the next one. It is a factory. We have been going to them for over 10 years. No more.

Love this office and all the doctors. Ive seen a few different doctors last minute for sick visits, the office always gets my daughter in. Even walking in at 12:10 with no appointment when my daughter had a fever I was able to see a doctor in less than 30 minutes:)

The doctors at this office are great however, I have been waiting for an hour and still have not seen anyone. They really need to schedule better.
