I’ve been a patient of Dr. Johns for a little over a year now. I had been suffering from migraines since my early thirties, but it wasn’t until last year that a friend recommended seeing a chiropractor. I was skeptical, because I didn’t see the connection – but I was also getting desperate because nothing my primary care physician was recommending seemed to help. I took a leap of faith on my friend’s advice and went to see Dr. John, and it changed my entire outlook on migraines. His staff was super friendly and put me at ease on the first phone call. Meeting Dr. John was like a breath of fresh air – he quickly understood what I had been dealing with and why I wasn’t getting any relief, and after a brief consultation he began adjusting specific areas of my neck and upper back. This was my first time with a chiropractor, and it was crazy to realize how much tension I was carrying on my skeleton, and how that transferred nerve pain into my head. That first visit was a huge relief, but it wasn’t an immediate fix for my migraines. I continued visiting Dr. John for adjustments over the following weeks, and progressively my migraines became less frequent and less severe, until I finally started to feel normal on my own again. I might never be fully ‘cured’ from the cause of my migraines, but knowing that I can pop into Progressive for an adjustment on my way home from work, means I no longer have to fear losing another day to migraine pain. Props to his awesome staff for being flexible with my busy work schedule and always making me feel welcome!

I dont appreciate being strung along. On my first visit, they took two x-rays, and Dr. John performed an adjustment. The adjustment was what I expected. Upon checking out I was told he would review my x-rays on my next visit, and review my treatment options. I asked about buying a 10 visit package, which the girl said would cost $300. I asked to purchase that, and was told I would have to wait until he reviewed my treatment plan with me on my next visit. On my second visit, Dr. John, went over my x-rays and gave me three different treatment options, to which I told him I need to get prices and review my finances, performed my adjustment. When I went to check out, they charged me full price ($40) for my visit. I again asked about paying for ten visits, and the girl told me that Dr. John would present me with pricing options on my next visit. Sorry, but there wont be a third visit. Dr. John, you and youre staff were very friendlyand professional, but I will not be led on, only to be given bits and pieces of information over multiple, full price office visits before I am allowed to purchase multiple visits, at your discounted rate. So I have chosen to seek treatment somewhere else. Ive been to others that lay everything out on the first visit, instead of nickel and diming me over the first however many visits.

Time for a real rating. They will lure you into getting a plan to recover your health and afterwords quality goes down. Long wait time to get adjusted. They rationalize adjustment care with the excuse that this is what you need in your particular case. Reality is that is easier to do less and explain more. Unnecessary x-rays pictures taken too often and too many. All research shows x-rays does permanent damage to DNA and they do that to you to make money. I started going to Dr. John almost 8 years ago when I had horrible lower back pain that shot into my leg. The fact that he takes exrays first to see whats going on was so impressive. With regular maintenance visits I feel 1000% better. I absolutely love him and his entire staff. Massages with Tracy are awesome too. I strongly recommend to everyone I know.

Ive had many adjustments and massages. Never have I been in this much pain after. After a week I could still barley move my neck. I Went in to find out if this was ok. Was told lets have the doctor look at you. I figured it would be free since the reason I returned was because they had put me in pain. No I was charged. Disgusting
