I just adopted a puppy a few weeks ago and had to find a new vet to take her to. I had such an amazing experience at Advanced Animal Hospital and would highly recommend anyone take their pet here. From the moment I was scheduling an appointment (which i needed one NEXT DAY), they were so helpful and made sure to fit me in. Every person I encountered when I walked in the door was incredibly pleasant and treated my puppy like she was their own. It was clean. They were thorough. They were friendly. Above my expectations by far. I was recommended to try them out by Amanda and couldnt be happier that I went that route instead of the Banfield plan offered by Petsmart. Its always nerve racking making decisions regarding your beloved pet, but they are definitely in good hands here :)

Loved this place... We just took in a rescue dog, and Ive always been a cat person. We went to this animal clinic because of its location to our house and on the recommendation of Wags N Tails in Washington Twp. The staff was extremely helpful and the vet (Dr. V) was very nice. Everyone seems very knowledgeable and patient - things we were looking for considering our lack of experience with canines! I also LOVE that they give you the pricing up front, and will break down the procedures into multiple visits. Prices are comparable with the other vets in the area (I had called around), and they offer discounts and coupons. I am very impressed. I am sure that our new dog will have very good care for the rest of her life!

We took our poor pup after noticing increased urination and blood in her urine.They were able to squeeze her in last minute, and even then, we were not stuck waiting for 2-3 hours total as I have at every other vet we have been to. We talked to a total of four employees including the veterinarian. Each person was personal, knowledgeable, and seemed to have taken a genuine interest in both our sick pet, and our concerns. We were able to get a proper diagnosis and have gotten follow ups on test results and asking how she was doing in the exact time frame that they promised. We will definitely be a return customer.

I took my kitten here, easily the best vet I have ever been to. I was ten minutes late for the appointment, and I called and they assured me I was not to worry and to get there when I could. Upon arriving I was met with nothing but smiles and "aws" over my kitten. We were seen right away, and the exam was the absolute most personal and thorough Ive ever seen. They were very gentle with my kitten and he was so comfortable he was purring the whole time. Prices are very good as well, and they are not pushy about products as some vets can be. I would for sure recommend to anybody who cares for their pets!

Do not take your pet here. I had a sick cat and my regular vet was 2 weeks behind. The doctor put her through 3 different antibiotics. She was vomiting water and not eating even after anti-nausea injection. They wanted to giver her an appetite stimulant. Once I was able to get in to my regular vet because she was really bad and they would not let me bring her in same day, I was told this is more than just an infection - cancer and I had to put her down. This was so obvious to my vet that no tests were even needed. I wasted 2 weeks, time and money and most of all put my cat through unnecessary pain.

Highly Recommended! I have been going to this vet for a number of years now and they have always exceeded by expectations. Whether I bring my pets in for a routine check up or because they are sick, the doctors and staff are professional, knowledgeable, caring and above all empathetic. They always take time to explain everything, offer treatment options and communicate pricing up front. I highly recommend this veterinary practice to anyone who loves their pets!

i came to this vet 3 years ago they saw me last minute for a cat with advanced renal failure the staff and doctors were very nice, kind and compassionate. this trip was after the vet i went to for many years was very rude and told me i should have made an appointment for the vet to see my dying cat. i wholly recommend this vet to anyone looking for kind compassionate and sympathetic people. the staff even sent me a card saying how they were sorry for my loss.

I have been taking my cats and dogs to Advanced for four years and I cannot imagine going anywhere else! I feel like they treat my kids like they are their own, and I always leave with a good feeling. The receptionist Kathy is wonderful and I always get all of my questions answered by the nurses. Both doctors (Dr.V and Dr.Wilson) are clear and kind. If you want to find a vet that you can stick with, go to this place!!!

We took our dog here for a cheaper price but still wanted to have quality care. But after our dogs surgery, we noticed a lot of swelling and become quite worried. Not only that we felt the woman at the front desk was pushy and rude, trying to persuade others to get procedures done that they didnt want to. It seemd like she just wanted to make the hospital money. Rather she gave them a pretty negative reputation.

i had been going to AAH for 5 years.. for both of my dogs.. i havent had a bad experience with them ever.. very caring.. both of the Drs that have been with my dogs over the years have since left the practice :(... they are pricy in some instances.. but for the most part for regular visits, shots etc.. competitive pricing.. and everyone is always very nice and caring.. and i would recommend them.

Very kind and courteous. Had a question after the visit and they answered very thoroughly and kindly over the phone. They did give me a lot of brochure to look over but didnt actually try to sell specific service like some of the previous reviews said. Will be going back.

Beware of this place. They try to sell you all these tests and procedures. Most are not needed. I am a first time dog owner and would never return there. Adding extra fees to simple procedures. HELLO? People are broke these days! BEWARE OF THE PUSHY SALES.

Our first visit here was today to get our two dogs shot. Price wasnt bad at all and i noticed they were super lovable and nice there. We got 50 percent off of our first visit. Will continue to go here :)
