Weve been going to Centerline Vet and Dr. Gary for 8 years. Weve only had good experiences there, and will continue to go there even though it is not close to our home. The staff are always friendly, caring and call to follow-up when our dog Lilly has been sick. Recently she became very ill almost overnight and could not eat and barely could move. We called and were seen immediately. Dr. Koss quickly and accurately diagnosed her with hemolytic anemia. For 3 days they tried to stop the progression with medication and I.V. fluid therapy. The staff was supportive and caring throughout the process. Dr. Gary and staff called us, and Dr. Gary came in on Sunday with a tech to try one more round of medication and I.V."s. Dr. Gary was very caring and honest with us. He said we could call any time day or night with questions, which we had to do late on a Sunday. Lilly was close to death and our only other option was a specialty hospital that he refered us to in an attempt to save her, otherwise we would have had to let her go. We decided to give her one last chance and he called them with all our information and they were prepared for her arrival. She is happy and running all over today after a touch and go battle for 6 days in I.C.U. Dr. Gary and his staff saved Lilly, they diagnosed her quickly, told us all charges for care up front and offered suggestions to save costs. Dr. Gary was always honest with us and told us that a specialist may be required to save her. He spent a lot of time answering our questions. She is now back at Centerline Vet and recovering well! Thanks to all of the staff at Centerline Vet!

The people at Center Line Veterinary are THE BEST!!!!! Recently my dog, a little Chihuahua mix, got very sick after eating one of those dental treats that isnt supposed to cause any trouble. Dr. Gary and the staff at Center Line Veterinary Hospital were GREAT! They explained every step of the treatment, showing us on x-rays just where the problem was, and what was needed. We really thought we were going to lose our precious pet, but with the superb treatment and reassuring manner of Dr. Gary and staff our "little old man" (our dog is 13 years old) came through and is now back to his wonderful happy little self. The absolutely best part of all, was that Dr. Gary was VERY willing to work with us on the cost; describing what each test was, how/why it was needed, and then eliminating some of the testing (and cost) when more information about the situation became known. I will NEVER use another veterinary clinic for my pets. Im a customer of Center Line Veterinary Hospital FOREVER!!!!

Great care, competent and knowledgeable, while being conscious of price. Our german shephard-pointer mix, Gracie, recently tore her ACL. During the surgery workup we needed to get some bloodwork and our normal vet wanted to charge us $250 for the lab work and had proposed an additional procedure at a hefty price. After talking to Dr. Gary found out that we only really needed to spend $50-$75 for the necessary labs and that the additional procedure has not shown improved outcomes and did not justify the additional cost or additional recovery time. So we opted to have the surgery at Centerline. The staff and Dr. Gary were warm and welcoming, the surgery went well and Gracie was well cared for, the recovery was fast and complete, and the costs were minimal compared to others we checked into. They were very good about updating us on everything and following through after the surgery to check on progress. Very satisfied customer on all fronts.

My teacup chihuahua recently had issues with her blood sugar. In panic, we took her here because the vet we usually take her to was to far away for comfort. The vet himself had absolutely no sympathy and wrote us an "estimate" as if we were dealing with cars or something. The estimate consisted of several things that all added up to be five hundred dollars. Of course, we wanted to get another opinion before any money was spent. So we informed him that we were going somewhere else, and he told us we owed him forty dollars for the visit. He left the room, so we payed the money to the assistant and left the building. The old man came running out of the building telling us that we still need to pay him his money. We already did. He is extremely unprofessional and seems to only be interested in one thing: money. I have no idea why anyone would want to go to this place.

So happy I found this vet. My sister had located him while she lived in the area, I live in Dearborn and although it is a drive it ia very well worth it. After being up all night with my yorkie because he couldnt breathe I had called as I was fed up with my previous vet. We seen Dr. Gary and he was so loving and compassionate for my dog & informed me upfront as how much the charges would come out to. The next day he had called me asking how my dog was doing & I have talked to him multiple times since then, adjusting the dosages for him. He is absolutely amazing, the staff is very courteous and kind, and after meeting them once we will never look for a different vet. My dog is doing a lot better now thanks to Centerline Veterinary Hospital and Doctor Gary. Thank you so much!

Dr. Gary really believes in his mission statement. My dog became very ill over labor day weekend and needed treatment as well as surgery. Dr Gary came in to do the surgery on his day off as well as coming in Saturday night for 2 hours to give my dog another round of shots and a bag of fluid and again twice Sunday and once on Monday (Labor Day). If you want a vet who really cares I would highly encourage you to bring your pet here. One more thing my dog became ill Thursday evening and I called to make a Friday appt. but the staff felt I should bring him in that night so they stayed until about 11pm to investigate and take care of him. They all go above and beyond and Im thankful they do so I can have my baby Dayton laying next to me as Im typing this review.

Center Line Veterinary Hospital is very compassionate , caring , understanding and respectful when it comes to all my animals health concerns, One thing I think is awesome about them is that you dont have to worry about remembering the dates of appointments or check ups ( especially when you have multiple animals ) they remind you. With crazy lifes that people live these days ... that is a big help. The Doctors are great and take there time to make sure you understand everything and address any concerns you have to the fullest extent. I drive out of my way to take my animal there and would recommend them to anyone with a pet. Thanks Center Line Veterinary Hospital for being awesome. See ya soon, Bella

Dr. Gary should have his license taken, and his fellow doctors. They took advantage of my 7 week old puppy, with no regards or genuine concern for her health. I went in for a UTI, that Dr. Hatfield recommended because there was blood in my pups urine. I thought i would get real results, and real paper work for the visit. But after a week of questioning, all they gave me was a sketchy piece of paper that got "doctored up" right in front of my face. I was in a room with all 3 doctors and the owner, and none of them could seem to give me a reasonable explanation for this type of unprofessionalism. He did have the nerve to offer me a free vaccine. Never will I return. FIRST AND LAST TIME
