Havent had any problems at all. Our first experience was a sad one, as a beloved cat was dying, but since then, theyve taken great care of our cats. Its always easy to schedule a time to get in, the staff are friendly, and Dr. Reidelbach has been great. They helped us to take a poor barn kitten we adopted whose eyes were so infected that they were almost completely stuck shut to a happy, healthy, playful little addition. That little kitten has needed to have some teeth fixed recently, and Dr. Mikes been great about it. As our other cats age, hes been great to work with and hes helped us keep them healthy and happy, despite the illnesses that theyve picked up. When one of our cats got cancer, Dr. Mike was great to help with support and to coordinate care with MedVet for his chemo, and hes kept coordination up with their oncologist for the several years after the diagnosis and treatment. Update: Our cat of 15 or so years finally passed away. He was the first cat that I have ever owned, from kitten to adulthood. Dr. Reidelback and his staff made sure that his last days were as painless and dignified as they could be. When it was time to put him to sleep, Dr. Mike made sure that it was painless. He helped us figure out what to do with the remains. He gave us a very thoughtful packet of information and poetry to help us grieve. And he and his staff sent us a hand-written card a few days later. Its never easy to put a pet to sleep, but I never felt pressured to give our cat more care, nor that we werent doing enough.

I have been going to Grandview Animal Clinic for almost 5 years now. First of all, I want to start off by saying that you will not find an experience like going to Dr. Reidelbach at Grandview Animal Clinic anywhere else. I have taken my dogs, my dads dogs, my friends dogs and referred so many others to him. I would not trust anyone else with procedures and the care of my pet. The staff is always friendly, the clinic is always clean and everyone is there to help get your pet the best care possible. I have gone in for routine check ups, vaccinations, dental cleanings, unexpected issues or illnesses and procedures. Dr. Reidelbach has been the most informative and detail oriented vet I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I truly believe he cares as much about my pets health as I do. I always feel as though things are explained to me and that I can ask the 100s of questions I have without any pressure or judgement. I have even called him over a Thanksgiving Holiday to ask him about a flea problem a family member was having! If you are thinking of trying this clinic, you will not be disappointed!

I absolutely love Grandview Animal Clinic! Everyone who works here is great, such wonderful customer service! Doctor Mike Reidelbach truly cares about our pets. He is very knowledgeable. He takes as much time as he needs, and you never feel like youre being rushed. I always have a long list of questions during my dogs visit and he is always happy to answer them. Recently, my dog became very very ill and I was unable to see Dr. Reidelbach due to prior arrangements on my behalf. I let them know what was going on and later that day I received a call from Dr. Reidelbach. He just wanted to check in and see how my dog was doing and what was wrong with her. It was so nice to see that he cared and took the time out of his busy day to call. I thought that was amazing, Ive never had such great customer service! Overall, Id highly recommend Dr. Reidelbach and his helpful, terrific team! I know I can count on them, theyre the best! :)

I am both a hypochondriac and an obsessive cat-mom, so suffice to say, I was nervous when my little bud came down with a raging fever. The lovely people at Grandview Animal Clinic eased all my worries. They are so sweet, so friendly, so reassuring and for all that, they are still very fairly priced. I was highly impressed. Dr. Mike will remain our go-to vet for as long as we are in Columbus. I could sing praise of these people. They were so reassuring, even when I called after my appointment with more questions and concerns. Highly recommend, you cannot go wrong taking your pet here, they will be in safe and caring hands.

We already had a relationship with Dr. Reidelbach before he took over at Grandview Animal Clinic. We switched to this practice, because we had a senior dog and we wanted someone we trusted as we approached end of life care. I know its morbid and no one really wants to talk about it, but Dr. Reidelbach saw our dog through her senior years and helped us give her a compassionate end. We havent been ready to get a new dog yet, but when we do Dr. Reidelbach will be our vet.

Staff is very nice and obviously caring but I did not appreciate the new vet (Dr. Reidelbach) trying to sell us the extremely low-quality dog food they sell there. Especially since I explained to him that I didnt agree with feeding dogs wheat or corn since they are carnivores, and he said "oh, well wheat and corn are fine for them unless theyre allergic".

Ive taken all my pets there for over 30 years, since Doc Ripley owned it, kept going when it changed hands and everything got even better. I have never seen better service and more caring people at a Vets office in my life. Im 66 years old and have had animals all my years so thats saying something.

Weve been taking our dog to Grandview Animal Clinic since we adopted her from the shelter two years ago. Dr. Reidelbach has taken great care of her, helping us identify and manage our dogs thyroid problem. Also, the vet techs who assist and work the front desk are always polite and helpful!

Mike Reidelbach is a hack vet with a narcissism problem. He specializes in dental care because removing teeth is the only thing he can do. He constantly yells at his staff and will charge you extra for anything he can. Do you and your pets a favor and take them to a credible vet.

Dr. Mike and his team are professional, kind, and put your pet first. The clinic is clean, and they have high standards of care. Im sad that we moved away to another state, Lilly (our dachshund) got the best care at this clinic. Five star review, and I dont review ever.

Dr. Mike and the staff at Grandview Animal Clinic treat my 2.5 lb. chihuahua as if it is there own pets. I truly think they have the dogs best interest at heart. She is a healthy 9 yr. old dog thanks to them.
