I would never recommend Concord Animal Chapel to anyone. I tend to agree with the other reviews in that their bottom line is the almighty dollar. Although my pet was an established patient, when he became ill they tried to charge me a $59 emergency fee to see him the same day (even though appointments were available that afternoon). I find this completely unreasonable since I called in the morning when they opened and they didnt close until 7:00 pm that night! They did make time to see my pet, but ran every single test they could and still ended up misdiagnosing him. The veterinarian assistant stated my pet had issues with his mouth (he was not eating) and then in the same breath stated they needed an additional $70 to anesthetize him to get a better look at his mouth. Even though she stated that she could not see everything in his mouth she placed a fentanyl patch on him without being sure what the real issue was. The fentanyl patch was counterproductive and bad practice since pain medication decreases hunger, causes anxiety, nausea, indigestion, and masked all of the symptoms he was having. If a cat hasnt eaten in 5 days why would one prescribe something that causes him to feel full and nauseated? When I took my cat for a second opinion at Fifth and Kenny Animal Hospital, the first thing that he did was to remove the pain patch! The veterinarian at Concord never met with me and never bothered to call me to discuss my cats care. Instead she had a tech communicate with me every single time. I assume that a vet actually did examine and treat my cat, although I am not certain. I do have to say their veterinarian techs are very nice and courteous. Its sad when ones cardiologist from The Cleveland Clinic, the #1 heart hospital in the world, has time to call and yet a vet in Grove City cant find a couple of seconds. After paying this veterinarian almost $300 my cat was still ill and the fees were quickly increasing while he was getting more ill as each day passed. Basically I was paying for additional tests because of this veterinarians incompetence or her next vacation. Dr. Kerr had my cat so medicated that he could barely walk and would walk into walls and lose his balance. Upon the advice of a friend I took my cat to Fifth and Kenny Animal Hospital. Within 5 minutes my cat was diagnosed correctly. I am also confused why Concord charged me $95 for a blood test and Fifth and Kenny charged me $50. When I spoke with Concords office manager she simply stated "I guess different places charge different prices." What is even more concerning is that the second vet stated there was nothing wrong with my cats mouth. The Dr. at Fifth and Kenny actually spent over a half hour with me reviewing my cats xrays and the course of treatment he was going to take. He even called several times over the next few days to make sure that my cat was doing well.

I took my cat there paid for a day stay and llok at. They looked bref and sent her home...they told me she was fineand a good cat and charged me...days later she is till feeling BAD. So I take her back...I had to press them to look to take a deeper look. They drew fluid from her and said oh sry that must have just happen because it was not there before. Trust me it was there and all her scraches too. They gave her on anti and pain meds...I said if you would have looked at her the right way she would not be back in here. Plus they said well we didnt charg you for the reinspect or the fluid with draw.Im thinking well if you did the job 1st place you could have charged me the meds and the fluid with draw....point is they did not do their job I spent this week 180. And before that more money. I stongly do not suggest going there!! I fear for the ones who cant defend for themselves....good luck you going to need it.

Our dog just passed away. He was examined at Concord Chapel Animal hospital couple months ago. They did some tests on him and gave him two kinds of pills. It charged about $500 including second time prescription refilling. After taking pills everyday during these months, my dog didnt even get any better. Last weekend, he was taken back to hometown, a small town. He was taken to another vet to have the health check. We were told that he had diesease on his front paw. We never knew that he had the diesease because we were told by Concord Chapel Animal hospital that his soft part of bone was worn out. If we knew much earlier that his problem was caused by diesease not bone problem. He could get the correct treatment. He could live longer!

This is THE coolest building for a veterinary hospital! I know for a fact that the doctors and staff there truly care about your pet like it was their own. Very friendly and welcoming staff. They do their best to accomodate my schedule and are very flexible. I have seen them go out of their way on many occasions to help somebody with their pet in unusual circumstances. Always very fair and competitive prices as well. And, it is always a plus that the business is a true Buckeye fan--have you seen their weekly signs during football season? Awesome, and GO BUCKS!

I have not owned a dog since I was a kid. Concord Chapel Animal Hospital has been more than helpful. They are good to their patients and the patients owners. My dog Duke will always be well taken care of there. I called around before I bought Duke and found out they are very inexpensive compared to other locations in the area. I will recommend Concord Chapel Animal Hospital to everyone. Thanks for helping Duke out! Ben Jones

I have been using Concord Chapel Animal Hospital for our veterinary needs for almost 9 years. The staff has always provided exemplary care for my dog and showed great compassion for him and our family when it was time to make hard decisions about end of life care. I highly recommend this clinic and will continue to use them for all of our future veterinary needs.

Been with their practice since they were on broadway in Grove City, Not very good when they do not care if your leaving there practice. Do not care to fix issues, or make there customers happy. I do not recommend, going to this practice! You just dont matter to them! All they care about is how much money they can get from you!

The people who work here really care about you as well as your pets. They are very kind and listen to any concerns you have. They up charge some items but not by much. They were so nice when we had to put one of my dogs down and you can tell they really care about the wellbeing of your animals.
