I will never go back. My dog has a yeast infection in his ear and I know because Ive dealt with this 3 years ago, so I recognized all the symptoms. I had my husband go over to get medicine for this and he was rudely told that it couldnt have just occurred, ( I just noticed on Saturday night, its now Monday) he couldnt just buy the medicine, and that it would be a week before he could be seen, and to just go to another vet. Obviously Im not going to let him suffer that long, so we started to call around to find something to relieve his pain, and we were told by another vet to just use Monistat!! Obviously they dont want to keep clients, and choose money over my pups health!

They are very helpful and understanding. The staff truly cares about the animals they take care of, and they listen to your concerns and always answer all of your questions. My dog recently was having a very bad reaction to ringworm. I took him to a Banfield because it was closer, and after $200.00 and 2 weeks my dog was still sick. I took him back to Castleton (as this was his original Vet when I moved to OH), and my dog is doing great now for way less than what Banfield was charging. The Vet has great bedside manners, and I will continue to drive 35 minutes to take my dog there.

I have been taking my pets here for 15 years! They have always been great with them and non-judgmental in some younger years when I wasnt that great with regular checkups and shots. They always find a block in the schedule when I have an urgent need! I will keep going here as long as my little ones are around..... even though I moved way out of town and it takes almost an hour to get there now!

Just had a visit for the first time. Small place, but the people are the friendliest and the vet is calm and will answer any question you have. No rushing, price is very reasonable, and even told us some things we thought we needed to have done werent necissary yet. I wish my regular doctor was like this lol!!

Ive been taking my cats here for 15+ years..the staff is amazing and they even send cards out if you lose a kitty!! Also the prices are unbeatable!!
