Contacted the office for a consultation on our miniature schnauzer over the weekend the Vet. on call was helpful and told us to call back the first part of the week if her condition didnt improve we were also advised that this could be very expensive. We called the first part of the week as advised after hours as everyone in the house works during the day and our dogs symptoms were starting to worsen we were treated extremely unprofessional and rude by Dr. Yancey himself they have an emergency line that apparently is not a true emergency line we got the very distinct feeling calling after hours was not looked upon favorably. My experience in the past was good they performed surgery on our other dog and we were treated like they actually cared can not say that about this most recent experience.We were willing to pay the higher prices for the above average service but that seems to have disappeared . Very disappointed.

After a family members pet passed away, I needed to find a place to have her cremated. I had never been a client, and under this circumstance, wasnt going to become one. Regardless, they were wonderful from the initial phone call, to dropping her off, to the time I picked up the ashes. They even took the time to make a plaster paw print with her name stamped on it, which was beyond anything I had expected. It was a personalized touch that gave my family member something tangible to hold on to after losing their pet.

A bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. Excellent service, brilliant Dr, well trained staff. If your animal needs surgery, THIS is the place to take them. Now offering kenneling services, I trust these guys completely. They love your pets almost as much as you do.

They got my little guy right in and helped him..a little expensive compared to other vets, but i needed them and they were there!! Plus 2 days later they called to check on him!!! Added bonus!!
