Just got an angry call from Dr. Bences office trying to get me to take this down. My upper back pain got worse under the care of Dr Bence. He convinced me to pay for 4 months of chiropractic up front. I wish I had gone to physical therapy first, I wouldnt be in this much pain. Ive been working on back excercises and am developing the muscles I need to stand straight. Adjusting me was providing some relief, but wasnt tackling the problem. Dr. Bence had given me a few stretches that I did every day, but they did very little. Since going to physical therapy, I have learned some exercises and stretches that do a much better job of activating those muscles that need to be developed.

I have to say that while I knew about chiropractic for many years, I have never experienced it and was skeptical of its claims. When I met Dr. Bence and saw how knowledgeable and sincere he was, I thought I would "try it" even though I did not have any pain. I am impressed by his dedication to true wellness and prevention. He is the most informed health care provider I have ever met. And he has RESULTS! He successfully treated my daughters high blood pressure WITHOUT MEDICINE so that she could continue to breast feed her newborn daughter. Dr. Bence should be your first line of defense against sickness and disease if you live or work in the Sterling Heights area!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bence for about 4 years. I have had great results with my health since having had a weight problem and joint issues. He keeps me on track with spinal manipulations, diet and healthy advice. I started seeing him at the Mound location but now There is another one closer to my home on Garfield and 21 mi. Both locations are easy to get to and the hours are accommodating. I do enjoy his lectures when ever I can attend. I never stop learning about healthy living. The staff is very friendly too. This I consider a wonderful investment in my health.

A few years ago I had a knee surgery, it came with lots of frequent aches and pains. A year or so later I started going to Bence Chiropractic and after just a few adjustments I have went from taking pain killers and inflammation reducers almost daily to taking nothing at all. Along with going for adjustments I have learned a lot about wellness and ways to improve my lifestyle. Along with this I have decided not to go through with the same type of surgery on my other knee because the situation has improved so much.

Thanks from my Family! I first went to Dr. Bence for severe back pain I was experiencing from my bed. The problem has been corrected and now my pregnant wife and 4 yr. old daughter all visit regularly to maintain our wellness. The staff is great and very knowledgable and passionate about wellness. They have some great nutritional products too! Yesterday I received the most fantastic massage and felt like a million bucks after leaving! I would highly recommend getting one!

I was treated by chiropractors for 40 years; they kept me off the operating table and skiing whenever I wanted, but there was always some ache or pain and aging has slowly taken its toll.
